hi beena Ruth first I say sry to you because for late reply.now I see that.l tell you what I am following diet chart.first morning l drink jeera water in empty stomach.then l take normal foods like idly,dosa, rice.but l controlled the measurements of foods.and millets are included in my food.avoid bakery items.doing exercises daily.and avoid white sugar in tea coffee replace country sugar and jeggery.after lunch taking a glass of butter milk regularly.that's it sister.
