So far the best video I have seen. First of all the way you speak, slow and sweet. Second, right on spot symptoms and whatever my suspicions were, you cleared those as well for instance the moment I eat I feel sluggish and lethargic almost instantly which you have cleared is because of wheat. Mam I feel sleepiness all the day.I feel like I am so tired that I can't even concentrate on my studies.whenever I go to study I started yawning and yawning all the day.I feel tiredness in my legs muscle also. But when I decide to sleep then it flew away. I am a thyroid patient so what do u think I got these issue due to thyroid? And yeah..when my thyroid level becomes fine that time also I face these things..my vitanin D,B12,magnesium,ion,haemoglobin,etc are all sufficient as I got these tests 1 week ago. Why I am feeling these problems kindly help me 😖😔

I am 75 yr, mostly vegetarian, i feel exhausted, after exertion like going out on daily chores, walking outdoors in relatively polluted environment. Thereby feel like taking a nap to relieve my body stresses. Please suggest why. Need i to follow dietary restrictions, other suggestions ?

It's not going to be solved via food. Unless u eat fatty fish a lot. Which is something that's packed with risk. Get more sun exposure and btw if u don't go by reports. 25 is very good. Trust me.
