The Police probably told him not to go. 1: They want him to answer the phone if someone calls. 2: If she disappeared on her own, they would listening in and she would be more likely to speak freely and might not suspect that the police are there. 3: If it was kidnappers, same reasoning. 4: What good would it do to have a distraught, distracted man out running around the mountains, someone would have to be with him at all times, or they would be out searching for him.

He sold his same worthless business TWICE. Also suzanne received inheritances from mother, stepfather, and gene moorman was gravely ill, although the Moorman family had not advised suzanne of this. Suzanne had a difficult relationship w Gene, and he himself admitted some regret in his part in the rift. Gene was a difficult father for suzanne growing up, with addiction and aggression , and the separation from her mother, allowed her mother to marry a kind man that suzanne loved greatly. She appears to have been trying to reconcile her feelings about gene thru work with AlAnon, etc. I think her childhood, father daughter relationship, early cancer, all played a role in Choosing Barry. Someone to protect her. He worked hard. He was athletic, outdoorsy. He did work to provide their Indiana home, to buy without debt, he would hunt to raise every bit of funding. They both enjoyed nice things, a pleasant lifestyle, holidays. Suzanne herself selected thwir puma path home, and furnished it. Her family never went to visit her in colorado. She felt lonely, and reached out to that drip JL, whom had NOT fought back for her in high school. He didnt fight for her after ger disappearance either, he was playing games and using her, maybe, which is sad because she had immature feelings of being a soul mate of his. Barry was simple and unfulfilling, but suzanne also had a ways to grow. And im NOT assuming i know EITHER of them at all. Many people do presume they KNOW "sweet suzanne and brutish Barry". They dont.

Exactly! How did he know she wasn’t going to reappear….. Just like selling her vehicle! Sounds like someone who was wanting to get rid of evidence. Selling the home and property in his mind he was probably hoping the new owner is going to do renovations! This would destroy any potential evidence! I don’t I could be wrong but I feel like the investigators dropped the ball on some things…. 😞Hopefully with her remains being found they can do an autopsy that proves the theory he used a tranquilizer on her. Just maybe with all the snow her body was preserved enough.

His cell phone being on airplane mode is the biggest one. A businessman shutting down his cell phone at the time his wife disappeared/murdered, is huge. Secondly, he likely dismembered her and threw parts of her body in various dumpsters on his way to Colorado for his fictitious job. Her body can't and won't ever be found. Therefore, Colorado needs to move forward with this case and charge him without the body.

And more importantly, DO NOT TALK TO THE POLICE WITHOUT AN ATTORNEY PRESENT!!! Even though people say it makes you look guilty when you retain an attorney, but looking guilty and being charged with something is not the same thing. So what if you appear guilty to the police and/or the public? What really makes you look guilty is when you are arrested and charged for the crime…

And although there are lots of murder convictions without a body, it's still dang tough. And that's how it seemed to play out. They dismissed it only when they thought they had a lead on finding her. Sheer prosecution arrogance. They were gonna get smoked if they bull-headed through and let it get to the jury. And now they've got this circus civil suit to deal with. Did he ever go looking for his wife as most people would do if a family member had gone missing? What about a search party in the flatter areas???? Why would he suggest that he hoped she would have returned now that her body has been found??? He really thought she would just pop back up after 3 years??? Who thinks that way??? Most compelling and damning information I found on this case: "Within a month of Suzanne disappearing, Barry began making arrangements to liquidate their shared assets, according to an arrest affidavit concerning his detainment. On June 1, 2020, Barry petitioned for guardianship in their native of Hamilton County, Indiana, of Suzanne for him to act as her guardian. The filing allowed Barry to sign documents on his missing wife's behalf and sell their properties in Indiana and Colorado, per the document. To enforce his claim, Barry wrote that Suzanne was "deemed incapacitated under Indiana Law because she cannot be located under reasonable inquiry." Five days later, on June 6, 2020, Barry sold the couple's property in Arcadia, Indiana, for $750,000. Then, the following month, a series of deposits were made out to Barry totaling $70,000 and he sold Suzanne's Range Rover for an undisclosed sum. He also later sold an undeveloped lot at Longhorn Ranch for $150,000, and then, in March 2021, he sold the couple's home where Suzanne was believed to have vanished from for $1.62million."

Doctor grande you just said something that triggered a memory I have of the town of salida Colorado Where this happened. You said his charges were dismissed without prejudice when he chased her around. I moved to Salida Colorado 1992. I met a young woman named k Cantrell. She was a local and she got a job at the alliance against domestic abuse there in the valley as the director. One day she was going through some files and in the back of this file cabinet she saw a file that contained cops who beat their wives and they were clients there. The little gossip newspaper there in The Valley always printed the DVs and she wondered why none of these cops were ever in the paper for DV.🤔 She was questioning the executive director this weirdo man in the office and pulling that file out of the cabinet when the executive director Mr B assaulted her!😢😮 She went to the emergency room with shoulder injuries requiring surgery and the 👮‍♂️ showed up then they went to talk to Mr. B.. Mr. B got read His rights and then all he had to say was She's lying and they did not arrest him! She filed for worker's comp and I went to her hearing. The cops were invited to explain why they didn't arrest him for this assault But they were on vacation imagine that😂 she won worker's comp. Then imagine this! She got busted on some bad false charges (Nobody retaliates like cops Let me tell you ) so she got drug all through court and it finally got dismissed without prejudice. She moved from her hometown1000 miles away to feel safe from the cops. So this is a good area to get away with stuff like this and also when I lived there I noticed on the right wing radio and the religious radio talk about how women need to tolerate abuse from their husbands to be good christians because lots wife did. I guess that's a real popular idea there..A lot of DV up there in them hills.

Apparently, Barry likes to chase quite a few things. He chases/follows Elk, Chipmunks, chases alibis, stories, bikes, bike helmets, animals that he can tranquilize, landscaping jobs, random trash bags for random trash cans, chases phones, chases things while turning his phone on airplane mode, chases hotel rooms with bleach, etc. Let's not forget the MOST obvious fact: The LAST PERSON WHO SHE WAS WITH WAS the CHIPMUNK CHASER BARRY himself in that home. That is the last person and place that she was seen. NO ONE else saw her. Not even her daughters. His word is the last word on her whereabouts.

In most cases talking to police will be wise to clear an innocent person. And to not talk could create suspicion for an innocent person. In Australia, 1991, there was a child sexual offender active who had abducted young girls. He was suspected of abducting Karmein Chan who was later found murdered. The police and media called on the public to nominate a suspect. 27,000 men were named (including myself) of these, 73 were charged with an offence. 73 in 27,000 works out to 1 man charged per 370 men named. According to police, an anonomous person wrote to them saying I should be investigated. Police arrived at my door and said what they were investigating. They asked expected questions like my name, where I was at the time etc, etc, etc I had nothing to hide so I answered. Then 1 police man said "What's in here" walked straight past me and started searching my house. He then asked where I got normal things in my house. Then asked where I got a typewriter. I said I bought it from the school where I worked (they were becoming obsolete) He then said he suspected it was stolen and they would contact my work. I still don't know if it is best to talk to police or not as both can backfire. I was not even allowed to know what the letter said so it is hard to defend myself. I know I had done no wrong.

@@diegonatan6301 Lawyers cost money. I still don't think there is much chance that an innocent man would end up being charged. It is the damage done to a man's reputation that is more of a problem. With that case the media was telling what a success the investigation was how nests of pedos were being uncovered. But the statistics showed otherwise. Sometime it seems to be a plan to create innuendo so others will come out of the woodwork with more information.

I struggle to get worked up about spouses murdering their cheating husband or wife. Yes, I accept that it's wrong and that they deserve to be prosecuted, but I think we can all agree that cheating one your spouse for two years is begging for some kind of ugly retaliation. That certainly doesn't justify a negative response, but I understand why this guy was so angry. Here's a tip folks, if your spouse wants out of the marriage, just let them go. You both deserve to be with someone that wants to spend time with you.

Dr. Grande and team, can you please do a reaction to the body-cam footage that just recently surfaced from an incident in January if this year, about the 19 yr old woman that locked herself in an ER bathroom, gave birth to a full turn living baby, then cleaned up - put the baby at the bottom of a trash can and put a new liner bag on top of it. The cleaner didn’t think to look under the clean liner and tragically, the baby was found unlalive later on. The video shows the aftermath of when she’s told and questioned from her hospital bed in the ER with her mother present, obviously charged with homicide. This is one of the most needlessly tragic stories I’ve seen since Lindsay Clancy harmed her children. This baby could have so easily been saved and adopted into a lovely and much desperate family.😔
