Yeah I already had the manga when :re anime was released just watched the first episode and I wasnt even surprised this battle sucked so bad but I legit wanted to be surprised it actually held up against the magnificent drawings of the manga, also might I add the manga as this effect where kaneki going insane affects the roughness of the frames which in :re volume 1 was amazing since the haise parts were clean but in this battle start getting wonky something the anime really didnt replicate at all

The animation is fine, it's just the direction and production at fault. Since yk, quality was totally fine incomparable to 7DS. The story was rushed and all that, and the adaptation drifted or something.

I feel bad for the voice actors and openings artists like TK and Co Shu Nie. They're like a cherry on a top of a expired cake. Btw nice edit bro,,, just an appreciation because it must take forever to edit this ☺️

Tokyo ghouls anime doesnt even begin to compare to the manga. The manga was amazing from start to finish. Anime turned to shit post season 1, when it stopped following the manga
