スプレータイプはよさそうですね。美味しそう♡野菜ジュースってすごい糖分なんですね。ついつい無糖だからこれでいいやという時があります!注意しよう。今日も癒されました🙏🏻

ありがとうございます!オイルスプレーはあると何かと便利ですよ😊 そうですね、砂糖でなくても糖分は糖分なので、液体の状態で胃に流し込むのはあまりよくないですね😅食物繊維など他の栄養素と一緒に噛みながら体内に入れた方が満腹感も得られていいと思います!

栄養学の正確な知識を持ち合わせているヴィーガンは貴重な存在だと思いますよ KZbinには、ダンテさんと言うヴィーガンのユーチューバーがいて、彼の価値観や生き方はとても素晴らしいのですが、栄養学の知識が浅く誤った情報発信を繰り返しているので、それが残念です 貴女に彼を(コラボ等して)指導して上げて欲しいくらいです

いいね!先生。しかし子供って本当にタフだよ。37度だよ!見てるだけで熱中症になるよ。😀おやつ食べてまた遊ぶんだとさ。これくらい動くと腹もヘルシー❗😃先生頑張ってね❗夕方、隠居爺さんもプールに行くよ!またね!ごきげんよう🎵エアコンなしだから涼しく暮らす知恵を学ぶよ‼️さぁ!プール、プール‼️

@@TOKYOVEGLIFE 大丈夫ですよ!鉄分、塩分、とってますからね。😃エアコンがないほうがいいんですよ。冷凍庫のリフト運転手さんは夏がとにかくきついんだそうだよ。冷凍庫の出入り!温度差がね!なかに鬱病や自律神経失調になる人もいるとのこと。エアコンがある部屋にこもるのも考えもんだよ。汗のかきかたも忘れてしまうしね❗ほら、海外一人旅が出来なくなるからね。

Awesome video we have to be very careful with ingredients sometimes they have products we are trying to avoid but under different names your use of alternative ingredients is brilliant and these recipes look delicious can’t wait to try great advice also great job my friend 💞

Thank you! Yes all those names in different forms are so confusing so for a rule of thumb, I just avoid products that have things that I can’t pronounce😅 Hope you try the non-bake “cheese” cake recipe! My parents loved it❤️

Thanks for the interesting video. Glad to see that Bertolli olive oil is sold also in Japan. But beware that it can be made out of Italy.

I always like an emphasis on whole foods and lots of plants...I think we often eat too many refined grains as well as sugars-of course all carbs are broken down into sugar (except for fiber) and as a nutritionist and certified diabetes educator i like to emphasize that white flour products, white bread, white rice, cold cereal, etc hit the blood rapidly. Vegan or non-vegan, focusing on lots of plant foods and limiting any processed grains/sugars can have very positive benefits-including weight management. Since carbs require insulin for cell absorption and insulin is a “storage promoting hormone” I believe that if someone is eating an excessive amount of carbs, they will find that maintaining an ideal weight can be difficult. I really like your emphasis on an abundance of vegetables. Thank you!

Thank you!! I agree totally! Whether you’re vegan or non-vegan, everyone can benefit a lot from lots of veggies and whole foods. It’s easy to look for shortcuts but it’s really the food choice you make everyday that counts I think😊

なんかあまり知られてないけど、ジャガイモのカリウム含有量はバナナの比ではないほど多いです。ここらへんも抑えていただけるとうれしいです。

In my personal experience, aside from "junk food" vegans, that if you persist with a vegan diet you *will* lose weight. We are so accustomed to the idea that any weight loss diet will drop pounds dramatically. A vegan diet without too much added fat will do this but, depending on you, it might seem slow. This is actually good for your health because rapid weight loss is not heathful or sustainable.

It’s important to focus on having a balanced diet rather than cutting out something completely or focusing on few particular foods, then in the long run you will be in a healthy shape and lighter or heavier depending on where your real healthy condition is😊

It's a fermented rice sweetener. I think it contains some alcohol. apparently, it softens arteries.

食べたら消費すれば太らないですね。 消費をケチりたいとおもう心がある人は多分なにをやっても無理だとおもいますね。もちろん、気をつけても太っちゃう人は病気なので、医療機関で原因を追求しましょう。

確かにカロリー消費?(運動のことですかね)は重要ですが、取り込んだ熱量マイナス消費した熱量をプラスにしなければ太らないというカロリー計算ベースの考え方は栄養学的には古い考え方だと思います…😅
