I went through a traumatic attack, which I won't go into detail on here, and I went to some counselling. The therapist said I needed to get out of my comfort zone and stop isolating myself. This didn't make sense to me, as why should I get out my comfort zone if it's where I'm comfortable. Then I listened to this song, and the lyric "All around your island, there's a barricade that keeps out the danger but holds in the pain." And I then realised what this therapist was on about. But it took Tom Petty to make me see sense, So thank you Tom for making me see the light, and Rest in peace Tom, you got your wings now learn to fly.

@@melissagerber7231 Tarot is a mnemonic system that encapsulates the wisdom of the ages regarding natural law and life. It's the mnemonics that makes it so powerful. It packs a lot of knowledge into a small number of symbols, geometry, colors, etc. If you google tarot you can get the gist of what it is. Most people confuse it for a future "prediction" system. In reality it can be used to show patterns that COULD occur in your future. Something to be cognizant about, but there are other patterns that could occur too. Which is why people who study tarot study it. You can see all sorts of various patterns that could occur because the elements and dynamics are all based around things are are known throughout time. It's just the issue of the combination of things.

Can't believe I've known and loved this song for 20+ years now and this is the first time I've ever though to look up the video. What a treat!

This is everyone's life. Rich or poor, famous or unknown. You still need to deal with the same things. But if you navigate right, it is still fun and worth it.

I guess the lesson here is everybody will die no matter how tragic the genius or misery they spread. Just don’t ever take it for granted. As the song says something’s are over, something’s go on , that part of me you carry that part is gone. So simple, so brilliant, and something to always know. As much as we yearn for it we don’t have forever, we have now, so take everything from it. .

It’s difficult to fully express how much I love this! A group of friends digging each other. Some of the greatest names in rock/ music history and a drummer who is a legend out of the limelight. Great lyrics. George and Tom I do hope you have teamed up again. Xxxx

Tom Petty was born on October 20, 1950. In Tarot, the Prince of Cups covers the dates Oct 13-Nov 12. The attributes are the Airy part of Water. "Half of me is ocean." (Water), "Half of me is sky." (Air). He's telling you he's the Prince of Cups. You're welcome. This video is full of symbols most of you will never get with out cracking some books and studying.
