@@EricHaugenGuitar Eh, I'd just not watch if I wasn't interested. Here's where I become an ass and criticize someone more skilled than myself tho- I think Ribot slides from the second to the 4th frets (the chromatic lick) and I also think you play it too gently... It sounds to me as if he is striking and fretting pretty hard on the strings. But then again, I suck so...Keep doing what yer doing, please. I appreciate it.

Hi Eric, revisiting this while doing some gear research. Am I hearing slapback from the Deco here?
@EricHaugenGuitar4 жыл бұрын
Not likely - I actually never use the right side of the deco, sounds too computery. My favorite delay pedal is my malekko ekko 616 dark analog delay - it's greasy, and has a slight boost built in when you engage it! malekkoheavyindustry.com/product/ekko-616-mkii-fe/
@Saganite4 жыл бұрын
@@EricHaugenGuitar Ah, bummer. I was interested in picking up a Deco specifically for Beatlesy double tracker stuff and was hoping it could do double duty and provide slapback as well. Picked up a Keeley 30ms, and it also sounds too digital. Thanks, I'll check out the 616.
