Hi Tom, loving these calisthenic workouts. I’m a Pilates Instructor and loving a different type of workout, so much so, I keep giving my clients little tasters of these exercises 💪🙂

Great videos, Tom! I use your workouts 5 times a week and love the concept. It really helps me stay motivated and on track. I had a small suggestion that might make your videos even more effective: maybe you could consider adding a visual of a torso where you highlight the muscle groups we're targeting during each exercise. It would be super helpful for viewers to see exactly what we're working on in real-time. Keep up the amazing work!

😂 I’ll take unique. Calisthenics is all about bodyweight strength & mobility so very different to HIIT workouts which are really just about burning kcal and moving the body about.
