Loved this workout! I missed my class at the gym this morning and dreaded the thought of starting and stopping videos or scrolling to see how to do the movements. Your video eliminated all that and it was just like being in class, except you gave more time in-between exercises and reviewed the form T the beginning of each one. I just need 15 more minutes to get the full effect of my regular classes. Thanks so much!! ❤

Thanks Lisa, I aim to try and bring an experience somewhere between the feeling of a class and a personal training session. I have loads more dumbbells workouts (some 45min ones) in a playlist so have a browse and save a few to try on another day. Glad to have you on board 💪

Got it done! Challenging first part (12lbs), could use heavier weight then 1/2 (7lbs) for second part. Arms are shaky now but getting stronger through your workouts! 👏 Going to do tomorrows mobility now! Cheers!

Fair enough. I think I’m more upbeat with better music in my newer videos. Let me know what you think. My coaching style is definitely more technical focused rather than hype focused though even now.

First timer. Loved the structure, but abs were a little one dimensional...boring and need up level options (ankle weights& dumbbells etc. ) And for the second part, plank abs, using the shoulders, getting off the back would've really jazze this up! I'll browse some more workouts...I do daily and always seeking something new. Super easy to follow which I liked! Hopefully I can also find some coaching ones too.
