Love this workout. I have trouble with racking weights and squat thrusters due to osteoporosis. I held one dumbbell and did goblet squats instead of racking the weights. Curious what to modify for squat thrusters thought. Lighter weights, one dumbbell, etc?

Hi Millie - I recommend lighter weight or holding onto one weight with both hands or doing a squat & bicep curl if you don't want to rack any dumbbells when we do squat thrusters.
