Started this on 8/14/20 at 15 lb bells and 15 1/2 biceps. Will be repeating 4 to 6 times per week. Will post progress next week.

I've been slacking the last few weeks, but after about 5 weeks this workout I'm seeing great results in my arm mobility with higher weights, currently using 25s. Will update again after the holidays!

I love the workout but may I suggest that you include a beep for the beginning or ending of the sequences. The clock is too confusing, at least for me. Thank you, you are doing a terrific job!

I found this workout a month ago and have been doing it every other day. Today I had to lift a pack of water bottles and couldn’t believe how lightweight they felt. 🎉

This is primarily an upper body workout. Arms, shoulders, and chest.

No, I wouldn't work the same muscles back to back. I would shoot for 3 days a week.

I would give your arms time to rest and recover so every other day or 3 times a week is ideal.
