This summer I attended my grandson's wedding. Most of those attending had not seen me in many years. They could not believe I was up there dancing and singing with all the 30, 40 and 50 year olds. I will be 80 next year and thanks to you I was able to keep up with the youngsters.

@@rupinjeremiah9589 , I used 2.2 kilogram weights because I'm just getting back into lifting weights after a long dry spell. I'm a woman: I had to lose the weights halfway through the second round of the last exercise, but I kept moving my arms. I hope you're still here and getting stronger every day!

Just finished this workout. I’ve only done stretching exercises in my lifetime and feel I need this weight bearing workout at this time and forever. Im a young 70. It is awesome how forgiving the body is and how it responds to a little workout and the good we give it. Thank you 🙏

Hi! What dumbbells did you use? Is this lesson for men also? I am a guy and did this but it was brutal! I did this training with my mother-in-law. I could only manage with 1 lb dumbbells and stopped around the 8 minutes mark (shoulder press) as my arms just gave up 😟 My MIL did the full lesson with 10 lb dumbbells! I feel lost for what to do.

This is your best arms workout ever! I started with the unweighted arms workout last year and noticed an increase in my strength in just a few weeks. This one is the perfect anniversary for my consistent efforts. Thanks to you, I am even more fabulous.

I’m using 5 lb weights for most exercises, 8 lb weights for two exercises, and 3 lb weights for one exercise. I’m getting stronger!

I've made a complete lifestyle change and have been doing your videos ( getting rid of batwings, getting rid of muffin top and floor abs) for the last week, and my batwings look much less saggy, and my abs feel much tighter!! ( The muffin top may take a little longer). I love your positive attitude and encouragement! Thank you!!💖💖💖

I've started doing arm weights with you a couple of years ago. Never having done weights before I was pleased I had never strained a muscle. While you were having a rest, I decided to follow someone else on KZbin. The result was I injured my left arm. So keep up the wonderful work and only exercising with you now 😁 Can you please do another leg weight routine?

Eventho I have toned arms legs and shoulders have back fat. I do the back fat video 7 days a week minimum 6 days. Can definitely see an improvement. This wonderful new arm workout will also incorporate into my daily arm excersises. Thank u Shellea and so appreciate all your amazing videos and the hard work you put into each one

Fab 50 but I am fab almost 74! This is my go to… I use 3-5 and 8 lbs. …But ladies I know it is most difficult to jump from 3 to 5 lbs so I just add a tad…How just add small magnets to increase the weight just a bit more. You will feel the difference with just a tad more. Good going ladies !!

This is a great workout for arms...people have commented on how my arms and shoulders are looking. I've worked up to 8lb weights and down to 3lb weights on the last exercise. Have recommended your channel to lots of friends. Keep up the great videos. Kudos to you, Shellea!

I love this longer arm workout. I’ve been doing the 10 minute one and standing abs with weights. I do not like the count UP timer, however. Thanks for everything you do. I keep finding more things to love. BTW, I am 72 yrs old, FIT and FABULOUS!

@@rupinjeremiah9589 I use 3. Kilogram weights. I suggest you build up to higher weights. I also use lighter weights for more difficult exercises. Start with something low. You have to push yourself though. I’m about to buy 4 kilo weights for some of the easier exercises and build up. I am now 74, and am 5’ 3”, 125lbs. Don’t compare yourself to others!

This is my favourite weighted arm workout for sure! I incorporate it 2-3 times a week into my workout routines. I started off with low weights and have gradually increased these. I have been surprised at how quickly I formed muscle definition in my arms and shoulders. Thank you for sharing this.

WHat a great workout! I love that we can add or decrease the weights based on our level of fitness. AND I LOVE your smiling face at 5:30 in the morning when I don't feel like exercising because it gives me the boost to exercise!

This is what I needed all along!!!...my bingo wings are in a terrible way having lost 54lbs so far and the extra hang is starting to depress me. Not only is this a fantastic workout for me, ( I'm 60) but finally, someone with a decent taste in music!!!, thanks for this, it's fabulous. Do you have a thigh exercise for the pudgy bits at the top?, they are so humiliating and I want them gone!

That was amazing just finished and now I understand to failure Lol but I did it and learned I need to watch more repeat move videos of yours but this is a daily for sure loved it love your inspiring and motivating personality and the music is spot on as always been a fan since March 2022 I tell everyone I can try fabulous50s you will never look at exercising over the age 50 the same again I'm 60 but my health and my body screams 30 😊I eat 80 % protein of all types and it works wonders for me :)

I absolutely love this workout. I started out with 10-minutes and enjoyed it so much I moved to the 20-minute. Started out with 5 lb weights and ready to move up. I really look forward to doing these exercises, which is so unlike me! :) Thank you!!

That was a good workout. I'm currently using 1kg weights due to joint problems in my elbows, but as I have practised with them for a few weeks now, I feel ready to increase the weight a bit. I love your workouts. They are motivating, challenging and fun! Thank you, Schellea. Love from England x

This is a great arm work out. I have been using only resistance bands for the past year and a half so what I was able to lift in weight has definitely decreased from what I did in a couple of years ago. Need to buy 5 lb dumbbells for sure.. Maybe even some 3 lb. ( I have 8 lb and above). Thank you!!

The 20 Mins just flew, I enjoyed the session. I am 75 and have had spine surgery almost a year ago. I have been to do upper body exercise. I was doing the 10 min one, but, switched today to this workout.

Thank you so much for being such an inspiration!!! My mom and I started doing this workout together and I’m so proud of my mom! She’s in a wheelchair and I give her the light weights and we get the workout done together!! We love your energy and how you motivate us to keep going and not give up! I am loving your workouts I always do your arm exercises just done 5000 steps workout and love it. I do some exercises without fabulous 50’sbut use some of your exercises.I actually need some advice about my workout but not sure where I would find the answers. Thank You Shelly x
