What do you want? Strong arms? Burn fat? Get stronger? Have fun?
My goal is that you get it ALL during this 30 minute class 🙌 I play music during the training to give you energy and god spirits.
Grab some weights (water bottles if you have nothing else) and get moving. The class include one HIT (Interval pass) to boost the calorie-burn.

'CrossYoga' is Christ Centered Yoga or 'Christian yoga' for everybody no matter believes. I use different yoga styles. Everything from Flow / Vinyasa yoga, Hatha / Slow yoga, Yin yoga (many stretches) and Power Yoga. If you just want regular yoga, find the playlist 'Just Yoga'.
If you are new to yoga, go for 'Slow Yoga' as is easier.
