Great Video my sister in Christ Rie! Couldn't help but cry at the end during the hug from Jesus I really needed that. I felt that he told me that I am made perfectly in his image. It's sad that I often forget this and think or say hateful things about this body he gave me, but it's a relief to feel his presence with that reminder.

Hi :-) I rather let people know that I'm teaching 'Christian stuff' than having people wondering if I try to manipulate or sneak in faith. That is why I'm very open about what I do. I personally don't like that people say that they teach 'spritual yoga' and then bring in karma, reincarnation and the like. Let's be open about what we do :-)
