My arms were literally on FIRE. I couldn't make it through the entire set in the end without taking a break but this workout is now a goal for me! I'm gonna challenge myself to make it through the whole workout without breaks by the end of June! Thanks so much Maddie!!

I dropped my arms SO many times, I really have no arm strength. I will continue doing this workout until I can do it with no breaks 💪🏽 Edit: 3 weeks later, I did this routine once a week and I only dropped my arms 3 times today. Let's keep going!

Covid made me lost all motivation to go out and work out, and I hate feeling so weak and unhealthy. My city is slowly coming back alive again and I finally have to motivation to start exercising. Girl you had me almost crying. About 2 weeks ago I got a housekeeping job which is just physically exhausting and my body was so sore yesterday and haven’t been sleeping lately because of my new job. I did you’re 15 min recovery stretch then this one and omg it was so hard I kept having to stop during every 25/30 stretch. Lol! I’m also 38 years old so it was a lot harder. Anyways, I love your videos and am so glad to see that you keep making them. I was watching the old 20 min stretch videos and it’s been a while sense I worked out.

My third time doing this workout and I finally managed to not drop my arms during the last set. If anyone's struggling with that last set, here are my tips! 1) DO NOT watch the screen! I gave up very quickly whenever I watched the 30 second timer, and Maddie will tell you when the next exercise starts. 2) Pace around your room. Walking distracted me from the pain in my arms. You could also hum a song to distract yourself. 3) During the 10 second rests, I would shake my arms out to prevent them from getting too sore. I'm not sure how much this helped, but it doesn't hurt to try!

For ppl who cant get on the ground or not able to hold yourself up in a push up or plank, you can do these on the wall. Not all of the floor exercises but you can replace those with wall push ups and planks too or if you wanna make it into a leg day workout too, do wall sits.

Love these short focussed videos. Means I can still squeeze in a solid quick workout even on days that are fully booked. I can then do a body part per day and still get the heart going for the rest of the day
