I'm with you brother, I hate fall. I call it the season of regret. You're doing all the stuff that you should have done when it was warm out, but you were having fun, and now you got to knock it out before the snow flies. It ranks # 5 of all of the seasons.

I wish they would create a nozzle or some kind of add on that actually has "turbo" qualities like turbo nozzles on pressure washers. I always find I have to manually create turbulance by quickly alternating blowing direction left and right or up and down which helps to jiggle the leaves and encourage them to move and dislodge. Skeptical about quality on this brand VS EGO. It also looks chunky and bulky AF compared to EGO which are already fairly large.

Love your videos! Greenworks was Lowe’s main brand prior till their Ego 56v contract and have always been top performers in the outdoor battery offerings. Their online prices/sales have been as phenomenal as their product reliability. Was glad that Wally’s and TSC picked up their 60v line,my fav. I have the older blower model, 2 mowers, trimmers, etc. all have been champs since 2020… and their American.

I have their 80V chainsaw and pole saw and they both are real workhorses and real nass like. They make an 80v 800 cfm blower
@jerryedmonds79Ай бұрын
2 80v chainsaws, trimmer, and 21" mower here. Have 6 batteries, 5 2ah and one 4ah. Love them all. I can use the trimmer with 2 30" extensions and a pole saw attachment to trim high branches and it works great. In normal chainsaw use (cut some, move stuff, cut more, move stuff) the 2ah batteries last about a half hour and recharge in a half hour. I can take 4 batteries and 2 chargers out and run all day. The chainsaw impresses everyone who sees it.
@georgedavall944927 күн бұрын
The 80 Volt blower is good! The 2.5Ah battery will charge on the rapid charger in about 26-27 minutes, from DEAD, and runtime is about 13-17 minutes, tops. It is heavy, and one needs to use a strap with it. Some come with shoulder strap, some don't, weird? Greenworks is ona streak for sure.

My favorite blowers are the Ryobi whisper series ones... I have two. I'm a blower connoisseur and noise is about the main criteria for me. Though power and balance and ergonomics and speed control are also important. I've seen green works do well in some recent tool comparison tests on KZbin so they must be making decent tools these days
@ToolReviewZoneАй бұрын
That whisper serious lineup is pretty legit. Quiet too 👊

@@ToolReviewZone yep! ✊ ...nice and quiet so I can use them with no hearing protection and not have my ears crackle to tell me I need to put ear defenders on
@georgedavall944927 күн бұрын
They are nice and easy to use, as I used one for about two months, but returned it as the two supplied 4.0 Ah batteries heated up, and didnt last very long. The base on that blower is just stupid. Set it down and it will flop on over. Bases on models like EGO and Greenworks give someone an extra hand grip. If Ryobi would tweak that whisper series 750 some more, and improve the battery yech, it would be hard to beat! Good comment
@josephcullen251227 күн бұрын
@@georgedavall9449 Hey thanks! And thanks for the good reply! I agree with the points you make too. Blowers are power hungry things and 4 ah regular or even HP batteries aren't really enough. Mine came with a 6 ah HP battery and it's ideal for my use and doesn't get too hot. The new Ryobi Edge batteries with next gen tabless cells are MUCH better heat wise and power wise from what I've seen. Though runtime is still dependent upon amp hour capacity of course. As for physical design... Yep totally agree... My Ryobi blowers are a bit top heavy and I tend to lay them on their side if there's nothing around to support them sitting upright... And I do often feel I could use an extra hand grip on my 40 volt one actually (probably the same one you had or very similar). One thing I would appreciate too is if the throttle position for minimum speed was a bit easier... I often need min speed and it's tricky to get it. So yeah, some room for improvement, but with relatively minor tweaks they would be even better tools and they're already pretty great. Cheers

Looks nice. I love my Ryobi 40V 750 CFM blower. Definitely eats batteries but I have an 8AH, a couple of 6AH and a bunch of 4AH so they are plenty for blowing. I never buy batteries by themselves always with a tool, which is a much better deal.
@georgedavall944927 күн бұрын
I agree with You regarding that whisper series blower, but those 40 Volt batteries can be problematic. They heat up quite a bit. And that blower, whilst it works really well, gobbles up the juice! Youre lucky having the higher Ah batteries, as the 4.0 batteries wont cut it!
@adirondackwoodsman27 күн бұрын
@ I only buy the batteries with the tools. I have 2 6AH batteries that came with my 2 trimmers and 1 8AH battery that came with my Chainsaw. Those along with multiple 4Ah batteries keeps me going. I have 4 fast chargers.

@@xephael3485 False. Name the make and model of corded blower. You're obviously making up nonsense because unless your corded blower is hooked up to an outlet that is higher than 120AC you're literally just lying or deluded. @james2042Ай бұрын
See my biggest problem with the 60v battery is the weight of the battery. The battery weighs almost as much as the blower. If it's going to be a blower this large, I'd prefer to spend up and go for their 80v dual battery backpack blower. It comes with 2 5ah batteries for a total of 720Wh of capacity vs 216Wh of this kit. It's also a backpack blower so all the weight of these heavy batteries is on your back. This is why I picked up the ryobi backpack kit for their 40v line, put all the weight on my back so the blower feels like nothing, my wrist suddenly stopped hurting after using the blower for any length of time.
