I am an aspiring school teacher and I love your videos! I'm so excited to become a teacher and your videos make me work hard to achieve my goal. I'm not sure if I want to teach high school (7-12) or primary school (prep-6) (also I live I Australia) so if anyone would give some positives and negatives that would be great! or even a video about the differences. love your videos! ☺️💖

+A Classroom Diva Jess , 4:40 - 5:14 You've just explained almost to the point my life when I was an autistic special ed school student ( the long and short of it ) . This is why the school system needs you as one of its' teachers because with everything that you do as a teacher you also come to understanding of the student(s) and why doesn't the curriculums teach that type of thing I will never know but you hit it right out of the ball park . Enjoy your break but please come back to teaching . I so wish I had you as one of mine when I was in elementary school and if I could go back and do it again . - Dwight

Great tips. Your first tip is the opposite of what happens in my school, so I was interested in your reasoning behind that one. We are required to do a handover that includes academic position and behaviour management. I have found truth in your advice, though. How a child behaves with one teacher will be different with another. I have one child who used to yell at his teacher last year, but he's been just fine with me. I take the experience of the previous teacher as their experience and then forge my own path with those kiddos.

Hi, I'm from Brazil and I'm a teacher too. I really liked your videos because I hope to adapt your reality to the classroom. Could you put the subtitles in Portuguese? I already signed up and I will recommend it to my fellow teachers.👍🇧🇷
