Ever heard of moderation and forming a good relationship with the plant?You’re thinking to materialistic. There is a more spiritual/philosophical/intellectual perspective to this which you fail to understand. Go meditation man. Take some shrooms. They are natural medicines for the mind. I don’t worship a prime creator but there is a prime creator, a singular divine consciousness/frequency made up in everything. Oh, this is what I learned from studying quantum physics which is real science.. a connection with metaphysics and the physical world… not the theories from mainstream science where they ignore all the psyche-shattering facts handed to them on a silver platter. Mediate and take some shrooms. Or maybe try an ayuasca retreat. You are too consumed into the anti drug probaganda. There are lots of bad drugs but a few are not bad with moderation which should be easy if you have basic impulse control. Also if you’re a grown emotionally mature adult. It does not make you lazy. It only enhances your laziness if you have no personal drive or self discipline. Respectfully, you probably have too large of a dose with a strong indica in the daytime wondering why you don’t remember anything. Also edibles are popular too now and common, Im sure it will be more popular than inhaling stuff in the future for health risks.

The procrastination thing really hits home; working from home as an engineer. It was easy for me to procrastinate due to the heavy mental load required for some of my tasks, but then I wouldn’t get around to them or I would end up doing things at the last minute, hugely affecting the quality of my work and performance leading to unnecessary stress

"Time is the one thing you can't get back." Too true. I realized it was time to let go of the lettuce when I locked myself in my room so I could smoke in peace and watch youtube videos or whatever then walked out into my kitchen/living room (probably to eat some shit I didn't need) and saw my two best friends watching a movie without me...it was a lot easier to justify when I lived alone, and I associate it with friendship/good times since I began smoking with good buddies, but now I see how antisocial it's been making me, and how it drowns out my true extroverted disposition.

Almost 4 months ago i quit weed for the first time instead of taking a break, i looked up some videos, found your channel and binged a few which empowered me to go through with it but also set up some big expectations. Every now and then i watch another and it sounds more and more as cope for not smoking rather than actual reality and becoming more discouraging rather than encouraging.
@colbychampagne48675 күн бұрын
How is it cope tho? this guys life improved directly from quitting weed. Maybe weed wasn’t affecting you like it did him. You have to find the root of your problems. For a lot of people weed is keeping them from progressing in life. If that isn’t you then quitting won’t help.
@tonitattersall90065 күн бұрын
I love your videos they help so much to remind me why I want to quit when I crave! I have been back and forth with weed for so many years! I’m 2 weeks sober now and this time it’s different, when it’s time it’s time!

Thank you Dr Frank, all of these are true for me. Another benefit is my workout are soo much better. I used to think smoking before a workout helped me focus. But now I realize I was actually just going through the motions Being sober I have the energy to go to failure and I've become so much stronger in this last month, which boosts my confidence, sleep habits, mindful eating, mental health etc. A positive cycle of being better!

wow thats awesome man. I think its definitely easier to quit when you have some positive things to replace it with. For instance rn, Im replacing smoking with doing my best to walk at least 10k steps everyday. I'm only on day two, but im hoping documenting my journey on my KZbin channel will encourage others to quit

I smoke as much as I can. Vet (army - E5) and I feel I need to - enough said. I am not kidding, I smoke (vape, flower, edibles, topicals - EVERYTHING) when I am awake. I stopped four days ago. I can still taste the weed/THC in my mouth and in my tongue. When I "smack" my mouth, like I am tasting something, it tastes just like I just smoked a big fatty five minutes ago. I'm not joking nor bragging. I just had no idea. The last time I tried to quit, it took 5 months for me to test positive on a at home drug test - the line was always bight red. The force is strong within my fat cells. I had my first dream today while sleeping - it's been about 5 years since I can remember having a dream.

I went 4 months sober and relapsed and been smoking again for the past 2 months. I just quit the za again last night. I’m so excited for this new beginning once again cause I miss all the money I had. Also I can barely get through my shifts without taking smoke breaks it’s embarrassing. I haven’t even bought groceries in a month because I’ve been blowing it all of drugs. Horrible.

I’ve smoked weed since I was 18, am 25 now. Have known for years deep down that it’s not for me, so a few days ago I decided I’m gonna quit cold turkey. I managed to make it through the daytime but Christ the cravings when it comes to evening time have been horrible. Today, I’m gonna try again and just keep playing on a loop in my head just how much money and time I’ve wasted on that shit… I’ve been thinking of getting cbd gummies for the afternoon, if I can’t make it tonight I’ll get myself some. Any recommendations for using cbd to wean off weed? But thanks anyway, I never had the motivation to go the daytime without smoking until I found your channel.

I made it like 4 days with no nicotine, weed, kratom or sugar. Then last night my wife had a health scare and I smoked a blunt because I was tweaking. I feel awful but that was the first time I smoked and said “I shouldn’t be doing this” in a long time. Progress I guess. I won’t smoke again for at least a few months tho. Thanks for the video.

I think something like 95% of small businesses fail in the first five years. I don’t think people understand that typically when you go into business for yourself the first few years you are usually losing money. So yes 432 money times was very tight.

I'm glad I never got addicted to weed. I've always lived in states where it was illegal, so that's probably a large reason i never got addicted. Cant get addicted when there's limited access to it. But anyway, I had a friend for a while who definitely was addicted to weed and would throw away a minimum 150 bucks every week or every other week to get cannabis. I can't imagine spending that kind of money on cannabis and not wondering why you're always running low on money.
