I quit 5 days ago but I've been visiting your channel for the past 10 months, when I had been trying to quit for the first time. I quit for 5 months however, something traumatic happened in my life and I was back to it for the last two months. After those repetitive two months, I finally gathered the courage to quit again. I think I view your content to learn more about being fulfilled in general and not just about abusing substances whether it be nicotine, THC, caffeine, sugar, alcohol, etc. Thanks again I'll stay strong.

My dad passed away last month. He told me that he wanted me to quit cocaine and weed I slipped and smoked weed after he passed cause I couldn’t deal with with my dad‘s passing, but I realize the weed after three weeks was not helping and made everything worse so I’m back on the grind three days clean thank you Dr. Frank your videos have helped me a lot. Hopefully everything goes good.

I hope you're hanging in there. He would be proud of you for staying off weed. All it is - an escape tool and bandaid fix. It will never solve any problem. Only numb you until you can't get high anymore because your tolerance is wrecked

December 6th was my last day getting high. I’ve stopped before, took breaks and all that but always went back to it. For some reason though, this time feels completely different. A new kind of conviction has set in and I owe it to myself to cut this out among other habits. You’re a badass Frank, thank you for your stories/guides.

I'm sober and have been for a while but I did start smoking cbd for sleep and ainxity relief and it helps because I do seriously have bad anxiety and more then likely on the spectrum and it helps slow my mind down drastically and helps with all the headaches but mind you I am 16 years old but you gotta think I was doing a lot of drugs weed was just my main problem my main substance I would blow a whole once down in a couple of days sometimes so I think me only smoking some cbd especially after quitting and having even worse ainxity and horrible symptoms every day for months and non stop I think I need something just a little bit mind altering because I believe putting your body through that much stress causes health problems but I've always appreciated your videos bruh you get that bag!!!

facts bro i have anxiety disorder and am sadly slightly on the spectrum side but not as much its more so just anxiety trigger it effects us more then other people because we pretty much already have bad anxiety and are on the spectrum your not alone 🙏🏾 it wasn’t bothering my everyday life till i quit and these withdrawal symptoms came. i was smoking since i was 14 but i really really started smoking heavy when i was 16 im now 17 and decided to put this to an end we WILL be GREAT brother let’s keep going remember this is your body reacting to all that thc and stuff in your body and it’s a good thing this is happening it’s telling us it’s getting the HELL out of our body just stay hydrated keep resting and stay positive brother your great ❤

i been smoking since ima say i was like 14 ina half but i was the happiest dude ever before smoking ever since i smoked i lost my smile i have way less energy i lost so much friends i just pretty much sit in the house and rot. my smoking it wasnt heavy heavy till i was probably like 16 and im 17 now. i do have anxiety disorder but it wasnt bothering my everyday life until these symptoms came, so its effecting me a little more then others im on day 7 but quit smoking 11 days ago it hit me 4 days after hitting a sativa and indica mixed wax pen because i was getting high off it for 3 days straight and i lost appetite , lost some weight , anxiety with heart palpitations, trouble getting a long sleep , waking up at 3 am everyday , vivid dreams , was shaking/shivering and i realized i can get anxious mid day and night but not early in the morning lbut everyday it feels like its getting better and better and getting slower its not as frequent as before. i know this is just my body reacting to the thc and stuff getting out of my system and i WILL be great soon i will keep yall updated god bless 🙏🏾✝️

6 months sober of alcohol and weed here. Would you say it’s contradictory to use a program such as Alcoholics Anonymous and Marijuana Anonymous to stay sober and also use something like what the book “the Freedom Model” teaches and what you teach? Curious on your thoughts with these programs. Update: I finished the video and heard that you mentioned the 12-step meetings only talk about drugs and alcohol use and I’d like to debunk that statement because perhaps SOME of them are like that, but the ones I attend talk about hope and recovery.

Wait. How is joining your community any different than joining a 12-step program? I assume your group also talks about quitting addictions and would be a lot of people struggling with addictions. 12 step programs have Ana amazing recovery rate and more. Than that they help newly sober people create a new life and they help people stay sober long term. I don’t love hearing you run down 12-steps. I’ve personally seen them change hundreds of lives. Including mine.

@ilianahmed6046Ай бұрын
Your brain is craving for that high you used to get when you first smoked weed and got that amazing high, not the years in afternoon puff that barely gave you a hit. If you go back, you won't get that high again, EVER. It's gone, just like the curiosity you had when you were a child. The curiosity of being blazed out high is gone from your memory. You're just reminiscing what it was like the first few times you did smoke.

@BirdieBlrrrd26 күн бұрын
Figure out your favorite reason to use weed and only use it then. That’s a good starting place. Every time you’re about to smoke ask yourself why and if there is really a point.
