This video knows more about nutrition than doctors! Doctors dont learn that much about nutrition in medical school. That's why they try too treat every illness with drugs! Food can also be your medicines. You are what you eat!
@teresawilliamson93773 жыл бұрын
That is true, thousands of people study disease & how to treat it. Very few people study health, although in the UK that is changing & doctors now study modules on Nutrition.

Pomegranate is like a "head" in shape.The membrane inside the pomegranate that surrounds the seeds is similar to the "brain membrane".Pomegranate can be a powerful brain cell regenerator. From a different angle:There is red blood inside the human body.The inside of the pomegranate is red.The grains in the pomegranate are in the form of hard seeds in a transparent capsule. The appearance and anatomy of pomegranate seeds are similar to the appearance and anatomy of cells.Pomegranate can be a powerful cell regenerator.The fact that the seeds of the pomegranate are hard can mean "strong cells".It is possible to compare white pomegranate seeds to white blood cells.The large size of the pomegranate and the high number of seeds in it may represent cell proliferation.If you think of the seas as the bodily fluid in which cells live, "fish" represents cells.Eating fish and drinking fish oil can be cell regenerative.Swimming in the sea can be cell regenerative. Salt and minerals in sea water enter the body through the skin and mouth.The small nuclei inside the fig may represent body cells.As the fig tree grows, the "branches" are strong enough to pierce stones and walls.This unstoppable power may represent the "cell-renewing" power of the fig.Stones and walls that the fig tree has pierced and destroyed can become "tombstones." This is figuratively reminiscent of the resurrection of the dead.Jesus approached the fig tree but could not find any figs.Jesus was killed by crucifixion.The fact that Jesus was not able to find figs was perhaps a sign that he would be killed.But Jesus cursed the fig tree.And Jesus rose from the dead.Immortality is not possible in the world, but all deadly diseases including cancer can be cured.Cabbage and onions are in layers.The brain and intestines are in layers.The intestines are our second brain. Man consists of "two" sexes, "male and female".Animals consist of male and female.The coffee bean consists of "two" lobes.There is a thin slit-like line in the middle of the coffee bean that separates these two lobes.The fatty food tissue inside the walnut shell consists of "two" lobes attached to each other by a thin bond.Each part of the walnut is similar in shape to the anatomy of the brain, thyroid gland, lungs and intestine.Peanut consists of "two" oil seeds facing each other horizontally in the shell.Plants with two lobes can be beneficial for our organs with two lobes.So this means that two-lobed plants strengthen the whole body.The lines on the peanut shell resemble eyelid muscles.When our eyes are open, they are like peanuts lying horizontally side by side within the striated eyelid muscles. Peanuts can be beneficial for the eyes.Peanuts grow underground and are in the dark.Extracting the peanut from the ground and cracking it for eating is like opening the eyes and seeing in a healthy way.It can be made more effective and balanced if the herbs are prepared from a mixture of "two" herbs while being prepared for use.Think like a Libra. The scale has two pans and when these two pans are side by side, it represents balance.Libra also represents justice.The balance of nature should be an example for us.We have two arms and two feet.There are two brain lobes, two eyes, two ears, two nostrils, two chest, two lung lobes, two kidneys, large and small intestines, testes consisting of two white lumps, two drainage holes and two pipes: the airway and the esophagus.If the number "two" represents balance in nature, it should be the most appropriate number in healing.Two-lobed plants are perhaps the most ideal for our body. (just conjecture)Honey never spoils.Honey can prevent your organs from deteriorating. (You are what you eat)Herbal teas can be taken warm with honey.Eating walnuts with honey and peanuts with honey may be more beneficial for the brain, thyroid gland, lungs, kidneys, testicles. Personally, I don't find it right to boil herbal teas.It is perhaps best to prepare the herbs in a classic two-piece black tea pot.I'm talking about steam cooking.When herbal tea is prepared in this way, the essence of the plant will pass into the water more effectively, and since the plant is not boiled, it will not be deformed and the essential oil will not be lost. (I'm not a herbalist, just inspired by what I've heard and reasoning.) The benefit of curry is probably due to the fact that it is a good mixture of herbs that complement each other.Male and female are similar, but there are some differences.Despite all their differences, male and female complement each other.When mixing herbs, it is perhaps best to choose and blend herbs to complement each other.I liken the carnation to a man standing upright.Indeed, clove is an herb recommended for paralysis.A man standing upright is no longer paralyzed.I liken the clove to the erect male genitalia.A paralyzed and sick person cannot have sexual intercourse. Having a sexual organ in constant erection requires extraordinary bodily strength and energy.The round head of the clove is similar to the testicles.The rounded top of the clove also resembles a human head.The thin long brown body of the clove is similar to the windpipe.The coffee bean is similar in shape to the lungs.If you combine a clove with a coffee bean, it looks like a man with lungs and the picture is complete.Cloves are similar in color and texture to coffee when ground.Clove coffee blend may be ideal for lung health. (I don't know English. I hope I made understandable sentences)

I've done lubroscal xray and blood chem but they are all fine (no problems detected) Then doctor said it's neuropathy..thought it was simple as prior tests are fine but its even worst. It's so painful...from my left butt's cheek going to the back knee. Hope eating these foods will help to lessen the pain.

I came across Dr. Berg here on KZbin and he said the neuropathy can be reverse. I have been taking Alpha lipoic acid, benfotiamine, tocotrienols, walking, strength training, massages and keto diet. This has made a huge difference I nolonger have pain as I once had and very minor numbness. I thank Dr. Berg for this. I hope that this can help you too. God bless.

Neurologist said get B6 blood work and it should range between 2mg and 20mg . My results were 64 ! Stopped all B6 supplements and neuropathy numbness and tingling started fading away after 2 weeks. Could take 6 months . B6 is stored in the body unlike B 12 .
