Bioshock was already an Honourable Mention; clearly someone didn't watch the whole video. Witcher is not great. If you mean Witcher 3, then that is debatable. It's a good game but I don't think it's a game that everyone should play. Beyond Two Souls is a game I hear nothing about. If you hear nothing about it, chances are, that game is not a game everyone should play. Life is Strange is also debatable. While it's an okay game, it's not the epitome of it's genre. Finally, "Something I could support"; this highlights the nature of these lists. They are heavily opinionated, and people will agree and disagree. The fact you couldn't support anything on the list, says a lot about you as a gamer, compared to others.

It's 2017 and I still actively play Skyrim. There's too much in it between side quests and the ability to make any kind of warrior you want. There's nothing stopping you to be whatever you want, and no warrior classes to abide by. Bethesda truly did go above and beyond with it. Oh and the graphics are still good today, 6 years later

@@eshamtheunholy2030 melee consisted of just tapping the attack button as fast as possible so your opponent was stunlocked. even skyrims melee combat is better. as for ranged, you had 2 options. first was a really unpredictable lock on system that considered a nearby pedestrian of equal threat to the inevitable horde of police coming after your ass. second was a free aiming system that either wouldnt move at all while firing, or would spin you about 180 degrees in a couple of frames if you pressed the right analog stick too much. somehow still managed to finish it, including the explosive rc plane or helicopter mission and the train one with big smoke. you know the one i mean, the bane of most players existence. to be honest, it has been a long time since i played it, so i may have inflated the severity of the issues, but i definitely remember not enjoying the combat. I like your perspective, I feel the same way. You should try Shenmue 1 & 2 if you get the opportunity. The game is slow to start, but the story really builds up and has a lot of charm. Takes place in 80s Japan. This is my favorite game. Shenmue 3 comes out in December and really needs all the support it can get!

Alan George nice view of it, even though I don't agree with you. I think Witcher 3 should totally be there, because it's a damn masterpiece, the story, the characters, different places with different people(even different accents). So much to do, and even every sidequest is really well desinged, with interesting stories. Things you do really matter. The world is really big and beautiful, with many hidden places to explore. And we should not forget about the amazing soundtrack..!

This list is somewhat correct. Let's me honest here bioshock, grand theft auto V, call of duty, battlefield, Star Wars battlefront 2( the original), dark souls, lego, Ark: Survival Evolved, and fallout should've been on this list, half as honorable mentions and the other being on this list. Although fallout deep have similar gameplay to skyrim, the story and environment is completely different and is very engaging. Ik ark is new but the game has blown up ever sense it has been released. Come on bioshock that should've been top 3. Also skyrim was ranked too low and portal is ranked too high.

My list, not in any particular order Skyrim (I like Oblivion too, but I personally prefer Skyrim) Persona series (I haven't gotten around to playing 1, IS, or EP, but a lot of people say 2-5 are amazing. 3-5 are masterpieces, and their soundtracks... wow) Pokemon Black and White (Or HGSS, or RSE... but Black and White, man. Those were some good games) Ace Attorney Trilogy (So amazing...) Legend of Zelda series (I personally am not as interested in the series as I thought I was going to be, but definitely worth it) The Sims series Minecraft is good and all, but... eh... I haven't actually played too many games that I think everyone should try, so sorry if some of the best weren't on this list
