Derrick G Wood my goal is 10 perfect pullups
@robsmith4500
@robsmith4500 6 жыл бұрын
Hey Derrick. Do this to get reps up: - Train a few CLEAN reps a day almost every day. Do low reps (whatever is not a max for you, like 2 at a time say), so they're quality reps. Do as many sets as you can without getting too worn out or losing form. - Train each component of the pull up separately (bottom - scapular retractions; top - holds at the top; middle - eccentric slow drags from top to bottom). This works amazingly well. Again, only do CLEAN reps and holds. - Once a week train a challenging maximum amount of reps (aim for 5!!) then rest for 2 minutes + and hit up some more sets. If you get worn out, keep going, if you lose form - good time to stop. - Rest the day after those challenging training sessions and take rest days off whenever you need it. - Have fun and mix it up with the sets, reps and mini challenges you have!

wtf happened to v-sit, human flag, planche, front lever etc. You call these the hardest? why don't you go attempt a front lever hold or a planche?
@rodomartinez8482
@rodomartinez8482 7 жыл бұрын
eren mercan because the core is not the main muscular group on exercises like the front lever, planche and human flag, yes they do have sort of contribution on each exercise but they're not mainly core, for example the front lever engages way more back muscles, same goes for planche and human flag with shoulders. I'm not saying these exercises don't involve core at all but just not as much as other muscles that I mentioned before. But you're right about the V sit tho

kevin, yes it does. but i also requires a fuck ton of other muscles and is like said above a combo om many muscle groups. i do the flag and the lever, but for me they are only for fun and not my main ''excersise''. this guy has some different excersises that i will try for shure, best way to get stronger is to mix it up!

Be mindful of Your Capacity everyone. A lot of these exercises are not safe especially if you are not 100% ready for the exercise. That goes for any exercise but in particular I saw a few in here that even at my Peak Fitness in the military I still wouldn't think it was safe. Keep your awareness and mindfulness in tact while you all are getting buff
