Top 10 Most Annoying Cyclists - Part 5! - Drink and Ride?

The most awaited cycling compilation is back! A collection of some clumsy cyclists, others being inconsiderate, and finally some doing very idiotic decisions... they all have something in common. they can be annoying sometimes. What are the most annoying habits for some cyclists? Well I'm not sure but I have put together a compilation of obnoxious cyclists who drive me insane with their silly ways. I had this compilation ready to be published for a while, but just yesterday the news of a cyclist headbutting a pedestrian a pedestrian made me think twice about publishing this...

@@krashd Aye, so is smoking a joint mate. But if you're not making a big deal out of it the police don't bother you. Cycled home from countless nights out in Glasgow, and some more worse for wear than others. Never been stopped by the police.

Gods teeth there are some idiots on here. The muppets with the dustcart made my jew drop. They forget how limited an HGV's visibility is. A woman, pedestrian not cyclist, in our town a few years ago cut across onto the pedestrian crossing, entered the road before the marked zone and walked in front of a lorry as the lights changed. There were pieces all over the road, a foot outside Pizza Express, her torso twenty metres further, then an arm and her head by the pub. They found the driver miles away who had no idea there had been someone in front of him, below his dashboard when he pulled away.

Ive used bikes for 40 years,commuting and mtb,still love it almost every day but im sad to say the overall standard of riding has gone way downhill(pardon my pun).It was bad enough when it was just drivers and pedestrians were trying to kill us but im afraid its some cyclists too now,sad story of pushy rude people with not much talent or skill in too much of a hurry,they wont stop me enjoying my ride ,just saying keep your eyes open folks😀 .

Cardiff is spending millions on traffic lights and bike lanes segregated for bikes only in an attempt to keep bikes safe . Its a massive and unique experiment I encourage all who reads this to find out more and see the lengths and expense the council is going to for bike safety

If your BAV exceeds the limit for operating a motor vehicle though, for which you hold a license, your license can be endorsed (points) or cancelled (>11 points accrued) and you can be fined. Chances of being breath-tested while posing so little risk to other people though is miniscule.

I've seen so many 'revenge-attacks' on cyclists running red lights, by other cyclists and motorcycle riders who have all acted responsibly by following the rules (stopping at red lights) but have been so incensed by the regular ass-holes who flaunt the rules. I don't feel sorry for those who have ended-up in a heap at the side of the road, they take it upon themselves to antagonise other road-users then expect to be treated as the victim....... Tough shit, break the the law - Deal with it !

@@SilvioDiego cycle paths are the way to go for sure however helmets are a good idea. I've been saved by one after coming off and hitting my head on the pavement when I had to emergency dodge a youngster randomly running in front of me and it went wrong. The helmet actually cracked open from the impact however my head was completely fine. It very well could have been a different story without the helmet. I'm not the only person I know who's been saved by them so I'm very much a pro helmets guy
