I'll have to mention Yanfei for C0 Hu Tao in Furina teams. Giving her HB 2p2p and circlet alongside PAmber makes her a great healer while also allowing Hu tao to remain below 50%HP and giving her IR. It realy shines in aggressive chambers lately.

My favorite team at the moment due to the presence of Xilonen is Cold Stone: double geo + double cryo Previously, I would use Wrio, Rosaria (I don't have Shenhe), Yunjin and Albedo. Now I have Xilonen replacing Yunjin, which is a very synergistic team: you have 3 damage dealers that are all bufffed by Xilonen, you have access to 2 powerful resonances, with the cryo resonance + Rosaria allowing you to lower you CR goals and focus more in Crit Damage.

- *Shenhe + Anemo Absorption Resonance.* Lynette, Kazoo, Traveler, Chasca. Gets you double resonance 15% Crit and Quills work on ALL four of your characters. It also works for one off-field and one Anemo on-field with Chongyun. It's like aggravate but cooler. (Get it?) - *Xilonen and EM Kachina C1.* Geo Resonance, allows for double resonance, and if you use Kachina E then burst she WILL absorb Shards to trigger Petra without being clunky. - *Zhongli/Layla/Thoma and a Shielder.* Now this might sound very dumb BUT both give a LOT of shield strength and that applies to *all* shields. And you use this on teams where the _other_ shield has some special extra effect but you don't wanna build that shield. Things like Xinyan, Navia's set and things like that.

Albedo with Xilonen does in fact slap hard, plenty of us dedicated to him were super happy also because her weapon banner was massive for him with the two swords being incredibly amazing either as a dps or buffer roles. Very nice to see them together acknowledged :D I have a higher investment team for him because he's my absolute fave character and Xilonen herself felt like the missing piece to make his damage shine in triple geo comps as well given that she can onfield drive carrying Cinder while having respectable damage, also using Gorou's c6 buffs pretty good as well besides Albedo himself and then there's Furina because ofc there's Furina haha. The team is super comfortable and everyone is buffing each other, feels like teamwork. I've managed to make my Albedo skill tick for 100k-120k and even more which is super high considering the regular damage ranges about 30k-60k on lower investments. Heck, in one of the past absyses that favored geo I even managed near 180k skill ticks with my set up. It might not be relatable but to me she was godsent for his own damage potential and broadened his team options even as a new dual geo choice. Now with the shatter buff some shatterbedo + Xilonen shenanigans can also be made as well.

@@sinematic06 Furina and Albedo are both C6. He uses Uraku R1 and 4pc HoOD. Gorou C6 on AP to buff Furina and Xilonen C2R1 on Cinder City. You start with Furina's skill and burst, do some basics on ousia mode to get the C6 party healing going, then swap to Gorou skill>ult (wait for the burst to pull in a hydro shard)>Albedo skill to snapshot the defense buffs>Xilonen on fielding after snapshoting Gorou's buffs too and activating Cinder. I'm unsure if Albedo snapshots the Cinder set changes or if they're dynamic buffs, but if he does then bursting with Xilonen before casting his skill should work too.

@@seniorprogramer I run Uraku R1 and Husk 4pc as I have C6 so the defense buff is better than 4pc GT for his whole kit. His defense when max Husk stacks is around 2.6k too while having 230 cdmg, for comparisson when I used to run Cinnabar he bypassed 3k defense by himself on Def/Geo/Crit rate. You can check my previous comment for the other teammates details too as this is possible by a team effort investment. Before Xilonen the max I had managed with his skill ticks with any random geo on fielder was about 60k to 80k depending the enemies and abyss, etc.

i totally agree with xilonen aggravate! my keqing team had fischl, kazuha, and nahida. i wanted a healer but replacing one or the other felt like i was missing out on some form of buff or damage, like replacing nahida for baizhu loses the em buff, replacing kazuha for jean loses out on buffing from his kit, and fischl for kuki loses a lot of damage. xilonen's buff lasts longer too so it just feels way more comfortable along with healing!

Felt the same way with Yae teams, whether it's aggravate or quickbloom. You always had to compromise with either heals or buffs/shred, but Xilonen does everything. The extra crystallize shield also helps a bit, and with the off chance that you miss a crystallize, you still get the shred anyway.

@@LadyHermes I got her C2 and with Keqing its basically impossible to die, 90% of the time you're using burst with I-frames on that team, it works really well with Raiden hyper too serving as an battery for Sara, Its one of the most fun constellations in my opinion this electro interaction was the main reason I went for C2

I'll like to introduce you to the key of many aggravate teams: The Instructors Set, Baizhu on instructors is less than a loss against Nahida (and is also a better set to put on him than any other on an aggravate team, this same happens with Kirara) the reason why aggravate flops when you cut nahida or kazuha is not bc of their buffs, is because they also deal damage, kazuha specially deal a ton of swirl + aggravate dmg, using Xilonen *on an aggravate team* is put in your team a character that supply enough buffs like the other before mentioned, but is a character with absolute no damage, that's why her cealing while good, is still not that high

btw guys what do you think of this idea to solve the 4 star problem, every time there is an event giving a free 4 star from a specific region, instead of a random one we can choose a 4 star from the same region as the event's focus. This way its not like hoyo is giving too much rewards but also we can get somewhat useful 4 stars instead of random ones

its a good idea but sadly i dont think hoyo will listen to any of our complaints :( supposedly theyre changing the wishing system a bit in 5.3 to have mavuika and citlali alongside for the whole patch which fixes some things in terms of saving so hopefully they keep optimizing the system more

Furina + ororon is super underrated synergy , you get up to 115% damage bonus with these and massive sub DPS , you can use any anemo + electro or hydro carry and the team will be amazing , i especially loved it this theatre cycle for hydro electro anemo

Concerning Albedo, I totally agree that he's underated in non-geo constructs teams. For example, I play him with Noelle, Furina and Gorou. And in comparison to C0 Chiori, where she can't schine because there are no geo constructs, Albedo can shine at his best because he can snapshot Gorou's buffs... also, he brings great flexibitiy with his 4s cooldown for 30s duration. I find him overall more flexible that Chiori, even if there are teams where she's better.

tbh ayaka has a few underrated synergies. on the note of bennett, I tried a plunge team the other day that was surprisingly good. ayaka, furina, xianyun, c6 bennett. if you give ayaka an attack or even em goblet/sands, it can help too, since she gets the damage buff from furina. she also gets cryo bonus from her kit and pyro from c6 bennett so it’s damage bonus all around, and her burst can work for the cryo app while you do melt plunges with xianyun/c6 benny. at first I thought an ayaka plunge team would be clunky since she can’t sprint cancel the plunge animation, but you can do a na1 jump cancel for her plunges on another note, hu tao ayaka. her burst works quite well for cryo app I tried this team in abyss bc I didn’t wanna take double hydro to the tulpa and even with a mid build (on both these tested teams btw) it performed quite well lol

Thank you for shining a light on Vape Mona. Been trying to optimize it since even before Mualani came out. Pro tip: In my experience with Mualani teams in particular, investing in your Mona’s damage and allowing her to vape with her own burst yields higher total damage than just slapping TTDS on her at low investment. ;)

@@lazyremnant380 Correct; Sub DPS, to be exact. I put her on 4 piece Emblem of Severed Fate + Widsith. When vaped, Moma’s burst can hit nuke numbers on par with Mualani herself if set up properly. (I have Xilonen handling the buffs.) It may not be the best or easiest Mualani team out there, but it is HELLA satisfying.

I just leveled up the Chevreuse I got off the single 10 pull I did on Raiden's last banner, and I really wish I had her C6. At lvl 80, C0, talents lvl 5, no 4p effect (double 2p HP instead to reach 40K), on a lvl 70 dialog of the desert sages, she already feels like a good support for my Keqing in an overload team, and I can even clear abyss in a similar time to what I could get back when I had less investment in my aggravate team (when I only had Nahida and Kazuha at C0), and this is despite having played the team only a few days, I'm not even sure my rotations and/or builds are properly optimized. So I can definitely see a better Chevreuse (fully maxxed out and at C6) being very strong, especially with characters who cater more towards the hypercarry role than Keqing does, considering she already gets really good results I also heavily agree with the modern double geo core (be it Kachina/Chiori, Xilonen/Chiori or Xilonen/Albedo) being criminally underrated. I think it's a consequence of years of geo having the reputation of being quite bad, and I feel like the community is having a hard time moving on from this misconception Mona I also agree with, especially now that standard 5* are getting more accessible, she should be regarded as a good option for quite a few teams

Consistent is such a cope , mathematically you are wrong only c6 kaeya can do that as a solo cryo and with N3D combo cause you could lose melts , eather you 1 are playing 2 cryo 2 melting on Layla and thinking this is what’s called arlecchino melt cause cryo is in a team 3 get literally 1 arlecchino melt and only if you get hit in charged atk animation and get first melt just to lose cryo aura on next atk ( cause you probably don’t even cancel arle charged which is the only way to play melt) Am not saying what you are doing is not a good team ( it’s more like mono arlecchino with comfy shield) but please don’t call it arlecchino melt when you don’t know what you are doing

People have called that buff useless for so long but adding 125 EM, constant crystallize shields, Geo resonance, and decent off field damage with almost no field time requirements. Yes, he hasn't been the meta choice for years but he has been underrated for his jack-of-all-trades value forever! If only they would fix geo constructs clipping out of existence he would be that much more consistent.

Xilonen made me play Albedo again and wow, they are amazing together. He still doesn’t do the most damage, but they pair great with strong dps’s, offering amazing survivability. I love them in an overworld team with Arle, where the shields protect her against burning grass 😂

If you don't have Xilonen, in most teams, you can replace her with either Kachina (holding heros), Zhongli (ToM or Petra), or Kazuha (VV), and still do well.

is mauvika a must pull if I already have good dpses? My main dpses are neuvillete, arlecchino, clorinde alhaitham. The supports I have are nahdia, kazuha, xilonen among the 5 star ones. I have all the four star supports. The main support I dont have is furina. Currently I have 115 fates saved, 72 pity, guaranteed on the character banner, 61 pity not guaranteed on the weapon banner, I really want neuvillete's c1 and weapon for comfort. So after all that I was thinking of saving up for furina as heard there is a good chance of her coming in 4.4. Normally I heard recent archons are must pull but after hearing mauvika's kit I feel she is a dps, so I feel its better to pull for furina and skip mauvika (I have shit luck, nnever won a 5050 out of the 7 5050s I ever had so I want to ensure I have furina)

Yes and no its too early to state but if you want some beta information ill post a copy paste. As much as i love the melt reccommendation it sadly doesnt realistically work on mauvika teams, because mavuika has only one enabler slot in her ceiling teams. Solo citlali doesnt produce enough cyro for realistic average gameplay. After you burst with citlali you have to pause and wait to melt her c1 and the slow your and try to time to melt your c4 and c5 and will never happen not to mention your increasing her 18 to 22 second rotation to come close to or lower dps than the furina varrent. It was discribed as playing melt gaming. Melt arlecchino on the other hand is her new ceiling team with citlali and is said to be 1% better than mavuikas furina team. But this is just early beta info so we need to w8 for v3 data.

Mavuika at the current time is too attached to xiol to do anything noticable. Not to mention her charge attcks to allow yelan or xq to apply hydro so you need furina and if you dont have either she will will feel like a side grade.

As someone who coped through Natlan’s Neuvilette promotion Abysses using “powercrept” Ayato, I don’t believe in “must pull” because the cope still 36 starred. Anyway I don’t see much Mavuika pull value for you, at least for combat. I didn’t notice a Yelan, Sayu, Wanderer, Chasca, or Xianyun mentioned so you could pull Mavuika for the motorcycle to move faster in overworld if that’s something you want. The only Abyss thing I think they could throw at you that Mavuika would help in is a really cheesy Nightsoul only shield, but do you really want to pull for the chance at less struggles in one Abyss, or “future potential”? Everything else I can think of for Abyss to promote Mavuika, your account already can handle. Specifically: AoE: C1 your Neuvilette or get Furina and clear easily Cryo shield: Arle Hydro shield: Alhaitham or Nahida Pyro DPS check: Arle Hydro DPS check: Neuvilette Vape or Melt check: Arle + Xingqiu or something like that The elemental spam or nightsoul check: Nahida + Arle in off meta burning

Anyone aware of Razor with Candace? She can convert his attacks to hydro and then you trigger electro charged every normal attack. You can pair it with pyro or dendro for overvape or quickbloom.

Since 5.2: Fischl/Ororon + Kazuha + hydro against kazuha-grouppable mobs. Kazuha procs 20k AoE electrocharges affecting the whole mob and that on every swirl, just nukes them. If you pair it with a meta hydro-core like neuvillette-Furina, you get the strongest team in the game against such enemies.

I really relate to what you said at the start of the video. I have genuinely seen people saying recently that it's "pointless and unoptimal" to run Neuvillette teams without using Xilonen, Kazuha, and Furina all at once. Well news flash, not everyone has all 3 of those characters! I've been moderately active since 2.1, and I have *none* of the three, but I do have Neuvillette. And guess what? I can still manage to 36 star with him. Admittedly it is tricky to do without at least one of the above buffers, but it's silly seeing people act like an entire team is awful just because you lack just one of its optimal characters.

Also, dumb for a new player or free to play to use the best dps, with the three best supports in the game for one team and completely ruining performance on the other side. That why I like how Jello covers so many teams for each character, so it can reach anyone out there and help them make a team with the character and evaluate how good they are for them.

I find that team not the best for multi-target (which is exactly where Neuvillette is supposed to shine), I prefer to swap xilonen for ororon or Fischl or Beidou, in that order of preference. That team is actually so strong that you can easily swap either Neuvillette or Furina for Barbara, giving you another core to work with on the other side.

It's much more important to teach new players how the reaction system works, and how to pay attention to different characters synergies so they can adapt on their own long term than to just go "use the strong characters" blindly.

as a fellow Clorinde lover & main, Jello being such a huge enthusiast puts a smile on my face every time. She's super fun to use and ridiculously strong with good investment. Have mine c1r1 at top 2% akasha build rn, going for c2 in 5.3 and let me tell you, my overload Clorinde team ANNIHILATES every abyss (I personally use Yae instead of Fischl bc my c3 Fischl doesn't provide enough damage and electro application to overshine Yae + c6 Chevreuse and Thoma). I benched my c2 Raiden simply bc of how much more comfortable and convinient this team feels - no ER problems, no annoying noncrits, excellent survivability, MASSIVE damage output. Chevreuse is def my favorite 4* in the game, she's amazing bc she can do literally everything

My current favorite mono-Geo team is Navia, Chiori, Albedo, and Kuki Shinobu. My Chiori was built as a DPS and I have the usual EM Kuki. Kuki keeps healing and crystallize going, Albedo's EM buff makes the crystallize stronger, and I basically just swap between Chiori and Navia as their stuff goes on cooldown. My Albedo is also C2 with Cinnabar Spindle so his personal damage is pretty great too.

I was cyno main, and YES xilonen is better buffer on cyno aggravate team than kazuha because of the buff duration... But, unfortunately cyno damage is not that high better in his premium team (nahida - baizhu - furina). But it was ok, because we have more option on spiral abyss now....

I like to use Layla with Hutao instead of Zhong li, Layla have a shield that is stronger against cryo, what is the scenario you want to run Hutao anyway and weak against piro , where aou will never want to bring your Hutao in the first place, the rest of the team being double hidro, can be Furina, Xingqiu, Yelan or Mona, Layla's skill and ult will freeze the enemies for hutao to melt every now and than while her C4 can buff some of the charged atk from Hutao, making up from loosing Zhong res shred, Layla can hold Mililith as well and can have up to 100% uptime on the shield, just the rotation have to be more careful because the shield last just long enough to be renovated (Zhong's shield have a comfortable overlap of 8 sec). you can in this way release Zhong to be used in the other side of the abyss if you really like the comfy shields like me.

I agree with Xilonen aggravate. I have Uraku Misugiri on Keqing which is awesome. So Keqing, Fischl, Nahida, Xilonen. Pretty solid team. Don’t have to worry about trying to swirl with kazuha is really nice. The team is just legit. Definitely my fav Keqing team at the moment.

Wriothesley main here. Yun Jin + Xilonen is stupid amazing for him, especially with Yun Jin at C6 to further buff atk spd Very comfortable rotation with Yun Jin and Xilonen battery each other, and you get a free slot for your preferred support/reaction. I feel like this would be good with Yelan in freeze team bc atk spd buff means more burst proc on Yelan, but I only have Furina. Other team flex slot option can be Shenhe, Xiangling, Mika, Kazuha, etc I'd also recommend 4pc Archaic Petra as an alternative to 4pc Husk of Opulent. The extra buffs worth sacrificing some def point from Yun Jin

Also the reason why you accidentally found a lot of synergy characters for Clorinde/Arlecchino is bc they both uses constant NA as their main damage output, which means they can utilize more buffs than, say, Neuvillette or Navia direct NA buff(Yun Jin's case), attack speed, coordinated attacks that proc on NA Also bc they both being ATK scalers which has more ways to gain buffs than HP scalers like Mualan This is why a lot of buffs and synergy that works on Clorinde/Arlecchino also works on Wriothesley

I’ve used Ayaka - Shenhe - Bennett to fight the Seahorse boss and this team is so good ! I also accidentally put Xilonen and Chiori in the same team in the Imaginarium Theatre and although Chiori is C0, the damage is already good !

Time to reccomend my fav team in the game: Chiori(c1 but also c0), Yelan, Furina, Xilonen. Incredibly comfy, all the characters have high hp/def and the constant crystallize shields from running Chiori onfield with her infusion. My Chiori is only c3, though I’m aiming for c6, but this team is clearing in under 30 seconds. Try this team if you ever make an underrated teams vid, because currently my Arlecchino(benny, kazu xing) is my weaker half

cyno main here, something people overlooked on xilonen, is that she really does feel like cynos best partner and not only, at least much better than kazuha. unless you use him for application in some cases, but the aura and healing gives xilonen is much better in my experience. or any other currently existing alternative. slap a fav on xilonen and the energy problem is nearly nonexistent. to add to that, each con of xilonen feels like a cyno ''fix'' as my friend once jokingly said, but c1 offering interruption resistance universally and c2 offering energy and ult 5 second cd decrease (for electro only) and their universal usefulness vs getting a different unit at c0 really solidified my thoughts on it- shes definitely gonna be the ruan mei equivalent in genshin for a long time-

on that note, ororon is a very good f2p or quicker solution to this. unlike xilonen, he very easily buffs all components needed for a hyperbloom/aggr teams. and is currently the only char who can universally buff dendro dmg as well for anyone with a properly built nahida or any alh main for that matter-. (not counting xilonen's signature)

I would love to see you do a video on this subject but EXCLUDE synergies that predominately involve or benefit the top ~5-10 most used or most powerful units in the game. This video had basically one synergy I could take advantage of because I hate Arlecchino's character and design and I wasn't able to get Xilonen due to bad rng and 9 of your 10 were just Xilonen/Arlecchino synergies... not saying that those characters shouldn't be talked about, but it'd be nice if this video had been more broad than a list that could effectively be renamed without much change to: Top underused ways to use Xilonen and Arlecchino

I would add the team Raiden, chevreuse, Sara and Xiangling, is a really good team because everyone can deal good amount of damage and isn't restricted by circle impact
