Top 10 New Testament Scriptures that show that Jesus is NOT God (#10-6)

In this two part episode we look at 10 verses from the New Testament which give direct evidence that Jesus is NOT God.
Many Christians have heard of a few verses that supposedly declare that Jesus IS God, but few Christians have heard about verses that show that Jesus is NOT God.
In this episode we examine five (OK, plus) verses:
10. 2 Cor. 1:3 (Eph.1:3, 1 Pet. 1:3, Rom. 15:6, etc.)
The Lord Jesus Christ has a God.
“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,
the Father of mercies and God of all comfort”
Ephesians 1:17
I pray that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory,

Revelation 3:12
The one who conquers, I will make him a pillar in the temple of my God.

9. John 20:17
“I am ascending to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God."
8. Mark 12:29-33 where Jesus quotes Deuteronomy 6:4

(Yahweh our God, Yahweh is one). “He
is one, there is no other but he, and to love him…”
7. John 8:40
“…but now you seek to kill me, a man who has told you the
truth that I heard from God.”
6. Romans 5:15

David received worship. You have a very narrow understanding of the words in scripture that are translated as worship.

John 1:1 doesn't say that Jesus is Almighty God, only that the word was God. You have to first of all decide that 'the word' is another name for Jesus and then work backwards fitting it into John 1:1. An alternative would be to take your understanding of 'the word' from the Old Testament and fit that into John 1:1. Then you would have God's speech and command which is part of him, and that word becoming flesh. For example, the word of God came out of Gabriel's mouth to Mary, and became flesh in her womb. Romans 9:5 only seems to say that Jesus is blessed by God, according to the KJV, so again not a definitive verse. In Titus 2:13 we can split the statement into two beings. That is, the great God, and then also, our saviour Jesus Christ. The same can be said for 2 Peter 1:1. 1 John 5:20 is also not definitive because God is still described as separate from Jesus. Just by the fact that it says ' *his* son Jesus Christ'. And if you look at the context of Revelation 1:8 it shows John speaking of both God and Jesus from the beginning of the chapter onwards. God is spoken of in verse 4, and if you compare that with verse 8 it answers the question of who it's referring to.

No modern Christian denies Jesus was a real human being. Fully God and fully man is the usual formulation. Also, Genesis says 'Let us make man in our image'. Your cherry picking is misleading. Even your first example fails in two ways: You're looking at an English translation, not the Greek; and the 'of' refers to 'father of' rather than 'God of'. Conclusion: you're misrepresenting what the Bible says.

How many times did JESUS say "I and the FATHER are one"? And who else could perform the healings and the casting out of demons at will but GOD? The BIBLE clearly teaches a triune GOD, and anyone that denies that really needs to take a harder look. GOD said on 2 occasions that JESUS was HIS SON, that I remember. I'd say that makes JESUS, GOD. ⁠@@elimason7954 try reading with understanding of the events. If you look for it to be laid out for you, you will never find it. God speaks to those who have an ear to hear. He has no need to prove these things to you. It’s one God who interacts with us through the creation (father) humanity and understanding realized through His physical presence (Jesus the Son) and through a motivating Holy Spirit. All of these are of the one God in nature and truth.

Hi, Gen. 1:26 is a typical or standard verse that some Trinitarian, mostly lay-persons, think shows that God is Triune. There are many problems with such an interpretation, and that's why most Trinitarian scholars these days don't believe the verse is evidence for a more-than-one-person-god. Here's a quote from the evangelical Word Biblical Commentary: “Christians have traditionally seen this verse as adumbrating the Trinity. It is now universally admitted that this was not what the plural meant to the original author.” (Word Biblical Commentary. Wenham, G. J. (1987). Genesis 1-15 You might want to investigate why a scholar like Wenham says that it is "universally admitted" that there is no plurality of persons in Gen. 1:26. @billschlegel1 thanks. I think the one person two natures thing is not saying that the Word of God had a human personhood prior to the incarnation. Rather, the idea is that he had a divine personhood that was expressed in a fully human way when he was incarnated.

We know that God is a life giving spirit, but when we read: 1Co 15:45 So also it is written, The first man Adam became a living soul. The last Adam BECAME a life-giving spirit. Wow! @@Mckaule Yes I agree that this trinity issue is only part of the story. I have been 6 years studying and comparing all different views, and looking at what original language says when the texts seems strange or weird. So many issues. Trinity is one of about five things i have found, and although it is most reacted to, and controversial, i think an even bigger one is the "mystery hid in God". That is where my main interest lies, and it is not apparent fully untill another (the fifth issue God showed me) is understood. That is the divine council. The other elohim. The "bene elohim" which is "sons of God" in Genesis. The spirit beings of Gods first created family. And it is a struggle to understand this unless we are prepared to look at all of scripture through the eyes of an ancient hebrew, the world view of the people in the days of Abraham to Jesus. The understanding of who the "gods of the nations" were, what went on in Gen6:1-4, and why Goliath wasnt the only big guy. What is the Rephaim, and why were the Amelekites so bad. I spent a year or two studying the work of Mike Heiser (although he was a trinitarian up till his death) he exposes the spiritual bad news of the backstory. You dont see much of the real bad news in our bible scriptures because it is the gospel, the good news of redemption plan of our God. But the people of the day knew the bad news (you get more of it on Job) about the rebellion that led to Adams temptation and the type of evil corruption from Gen6 to the flood. How it is remembered in all the legends of many nations. How there really is a spiritual war going on, that we are caught up in.

@@Mckaule Heres five big issues as i discovered them by God opening my understanding and leading me to sources. First i had been trinitarian pentecostal for 38 years but the last 8 years of this, prior to this trinity falsehood discovery, i had become disillusioned by churchy pretending and so my wife and i had taken a holiday from church life and took up ballroom dancing. Six years ago from present I began to sense God drawing me back, so i went to a creation meeting in my old church. (I was involved with CMI, creation ministries) There after meeting, over a coffee, i came across some church friends from a variety of different backgrounds arguing about speaking in tongues. A presbyterian, two baptists and a open brethren, and me the pentecostal LOL. I was quite experienced in this tongues issue so agreed to write an essay explaining it. Some research in scripture to get wording accurate. That led me to big discovery number 1. That in 1Cor12:1 the word "gifts" had been added by translators. (they trying to clarify what they thought Paul meant about the 9 so called "gifts" listed there). You can see this in a kjv study bible, its in italics, and in a greek interlinear its in (brackets) both meaning the word is added, not in the original autograph. I had never noticed before!!!!! If you take that word out and read it in conjunction with ch11 where you read "when you come together" leading to ch12 "i would not have you ignorent about spiritual" ( leave out "gifts") and read on, about the MANIFESTATIONS of holy spirit that is in every believer. The only true "gifts" word is "gifts of healing" and that is because the healed person receives something. None of this is about people having ministry gifts, no gifts of tongues or prophecy or knowledge etc... these are all manifestations to be expected, welcomed, in any meeting together.. to BUILD UP THE BODY. (edit note. The actual ministry gifts are the five mentioned later... apostles evangelists, prophets, pastors, teachers. these are mentioned in other epistles and are the "gave gifts to men" in Ephesians when Jesus became the head of the body) Total change of understanding. (never been taught this, i been talk in tongues and prophecy for over 30 yrs, thought i knew it all !! blew me away) not enough space here to explain fully. View it as a swiss army knife. The thing is an analogy for holy spirit and it is the gift. It manifests a blade, a corkscrew, scizzors, screwdriver, saw, etc even tooth pick. If someone gifts you a swiss army knife (holy spirit) then it has all those manifestations when you NEED THEM. Each blade or scizzor thing is not a separate gift, it is part of the main gift, the swiss army knife (holy spirit). That led me to seeking what else had been added or changed by well meaning translators. It started a huge search in scripture and on line. I listen to lectures, sermons, ranters, whack jobs, soft preachers, all types of christians. I read books and always checking it in scripture then looking what the greek or hebrew meaning is, and trying to see it from a ancient hebrew worldview, the people who the hebrew scriptures were written to. I found next jn8:58, The I AM thing, found out the truth.... etc. 1. Gifts misunderstanding. 2. Trinity foolishness 3. Heaven is not a nice home you go to when die. ( the seventh day guys have this bit correct, but only this bit.) 4. The secret (mystery) hid in God (this is the big one and the outcome is stunning.) And thats where i got to for two years, but then on praying for total open eyes came the next. 5. Unseen realm (look up "supernatural" Dr Mike Heiser. on youtube) and this leads to understanding the biblical backstory, why there is war in heaven, why our true enemies are powers and principalities IN HEAVEN And who we as body believers NEITHER JEW NOR GENTILE have been called to be, in christ, reigning with him. Each of those issues have a bunch of side issues, and all affect each other so i understand why some just cant see a truth, because they dont understand another issue which affects the first. For example being a son of God, in christs anointing above angels, doesnt mean much if you dont grasp that some of the spiritual sons of God way back rebelled against YHWH, and that rebellion is "the work of the devil" that Jesus is putting right. And that they, hiding in plain view but denying their existance, are the source of strife, war, misinformation to mankind, and why Paul says "we dont fight each other, but our true enemy are powers and authorities, principalities in heavenly places." And this is why it says in Rev (yet to come) "there was war in heaven... and a bunch were thrown down." Because there us a spiritual battle going on way beyond a few church haters in government. Many of the unitarian groups wont agree to some of those issues, especially 1, 4 and 5. There is almost as much denominational disparity among unitarians as there are in trinitarian groups !!! I struggle with this when its people who have discovered the trinity lie, because finding that fired me to all the other issues. Most unitarian groups stay put on just the trinity issue. Do a you tube search on "Doctrine and Practice. Bob Wassung." And "Administrations in scripture. TLTF." Also "The giver the gift and the manifestations" John Schoenheit. All of the scriptures you pointed to do not say that Jesus is God, but rather that he represents God as agent and Son. That is why Jesus always refers to himself as Son of God or son of man but never God the son. Remember that Jesus received Holy SPirit from the Father just as all Christians who are true believers receive Holy Spirit. This does not mean that we are God, but should mean we are "godly" as was Jesus. Jesus us our mediator or person between us and Father God. This is clear if you read 1 Timothy 2 v 5.@@andrewk128

How about when Philip said to JESUS "show us the FATHER and it will be enough" and JESUS said "have I not been with you so long, and you dont know me?" Maybe not word for word, but very close. JESUS was/is fully GOD and fully man. That was the only way HE could legitimately pay our sin debt. Plus, it is not possible for a fallen human to not sin, and JESUS went HIS whole life without a single sin. Either that or our sins are not payed for, and we are all damned to hell. Be careful in citing Genesis 1 v 26. I will agree with you that the term "us" is plural, but that can not only insinuate that God is talking to Jesus, but it can also and most likely insinuate that God is speaking to the heavenly hosts. The reason being that in the very next verse, verse 27, the plural us is reduced to singular. Verse 26 states "Let us make man in our image," which certainly can be interpreted in a plurality, but please keep it in context and continue reading verse 27 which states:" in the image and likeness of God, created HE man." He is singular. I believe there are only about 4-5 places in all of scripture where a situation such as your "us" comment and plurality is used when talking about God,, but there are well over 1000 instances where the singular pronouns I, he, him, his, me are used when God is speaking. You won't find "We are the Lord your God," but you will find "I am the Lord your God," and "You shall have no other Gods before ME." Start counting the singular pronouns and go with the odds.

One doesn't have to have the ability to speak in tongues, to have the Holy Spirit. Speaking in tongues was only one of many gifts, and Paul did say it would pass away. Yet, these three remain, faith, hope, and love. If we have these we can also say we have the Holy Spirit in us. Because the fleshly man doesn't naturally have these things, in the way a believer does. In addition the Bible as the word of God, is a book full of Holy Spirit words, which enter and lodge in our mind, and have power to change and affect our life.

God is Holy Spirit, and there's no such thing as "God the Holy Spirit". It's what God is. Man is flesh by nature, God is Spirit by nature, and His Spirit is Holy. It would be strange and weird if I'd said to my wife,- "can your flesh bring a glass of water to me ?" I think it's the same with GOD if we are praying to Holy Spirit then we are ignorant that we pray to nature of God. I haven't found even one place in the Bible a where people pray to Holy Spirit. I speak in tongues, I cast out demons and I don't worship Trinity which is an invention of human reasoning. GOD is One and we call Him our Father. Jesus had the same God as we, and this God anointed a human person Jesus of Nazareth to do His will even to the death on the cross. GOD raised this human Jesus from the dead and gave him all authority in Heaven and on earth.

We know that the Bible teaches that it was the Father working through Jesus and we of cours know that it was the Holy Spirit, God is Spirit. God the Father is a Holy Spirit. So when it talks about the Holy Spirit it is the Spirit of the Father. But Jesus when He was resurected he was born by the spirit, he became a lif giving spirit (1Kor 15:45), and he is now a Holy Spirit.

This is just silly. Your arguments are like Protestant arguments. You start with the premise you wish to show is true, so you pick an arbitrary line that you personally find troubling and then you read your conclusion into the line. That is how circular reasoning works. You use your own premise to demonstrate your own conclusion, while ignoring both the history and the text you're analyzing. For you specifically, you put no weight to the fact that the scriptures call Jesus Lord repeatedly. Instead you on focus on the well-established fact that Jesus is the Son to the God the Father. God the Father would be God the Father to the Son of God. I’m not sure why did you think it would come as a shock to learn that Jesus was not God the Father. Instead Jesus is “merely” the Son of God, like the scriptures claim over and over again. Jesus is not a new. We had him for over two thousand years. Many scholars and philosophers analyzed him to death and back. Most of the obvious heresies, such as your own here, has been condemned by the united Church built by the apostles. Arian heresy of which your own argument is a variant, was one among the first ones to crop up. It was so early, it was before the scriptures as we know today were formed. I can see the Psalmist speaking, about what the LORD has said to him and will say to the nations. If the Psalmist was David, then he as God's anointed king of Israel was also called the son of God, as was Solomon (Psalm 89:20-27 and 1 Chronicles 28:5-6). Obviously prophetic also of Jesus, but that doesn't mean that he existed when the Psalm was written.

One common mistake that many of you Bible butchers make is that you tend to bind an omnipotent God that is outside of space, time, and matter to what He created within space, time, and matter. Have you ever read the passage in the Gospels of Jesus’ baptism? Where John the Baptist baptized Him and when He comes out of the water God the Father speaks from heaven and the Holy Spirit descends on Jesus in the form of a dove? Pretty clear example of the Trinity if you ask me. Or in Jesus’ own words “ if you have seen me you have seen the Father” and then later talks about returning to heaven in order that the Holy Spirit may be given to all believers… not sure where you are getting your false beliefs about Jesus from, but it sure isn’t from the Bible or from God. Going by Bill's videos I've listened to, he always appeals to the Bible in his attempt to show the falsehood of the Trinity doctrine. So, his belief is fully upon what the Bible is showing him. For example the title of this video is '10 New Testament Scriptures...', so he's not talking about a different source than what anyone else is using. Obviously his views go against mainstream Christianity, but that doesn't necessarily prove they are unscriptural. If we're like the Bereans in Acts, then we should search the scriptures, to see whether what someone says has a Bible basis. If it does, then even if we're not convinced, at least we can understand where it's coming from. It's all to easy to jump to the conclusion that someone is a heretic or a tool of the devil. But, that's often because we don't like what's being said, and when someone shows evidence against the accepted view, it can cause discomfort in our minds. None of us wants the apple cart overturned, but for the truth to come out, it's an inevitable process.

On the forgiveness issue, carefully look at the prayer Jesus taught his disciples when they asked him "Teach us to pray." Within that prayer, you will find that we are to request forgiveness for our sins. "and forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors." As you can see, God gives us power to forgive others with assurity that our own sins are forgiven AS we forgive others..

Regarding Matthew 4:7, It's clear by the context that Jesus is being tempted by Satan. Jesus then announces to Satan, that 'you shall not put the Lord your God to the test. If JESUS isnt/wasnt fully GOD and fully man, HE could not have paid for our sins, and went to the cross for nothing, and our sins are still on us and all of us Christians are going to hell. How where the Israelites saved by the blood of a sheep at the first Passover? Was the sheep actually God (God in sheeps clothing... sorry couldnt help the joke). What was special about the day that Jesus was crucified??? It was a passover!! What is the name description of what Jesus is in Rev?? The LAMB OF GOD. Who saved at Passover in Egypt, the lamb or the one who provided the lamb?? It was the father of household who saved his family by providing the lamb of blood covering. Even then it was conditional on the individuals of families actually sheltering under the blood (thats faith right there!) So God saves by being the author of redemption and provider of the lamb. The lamb Jesus saves by BEING the provision. The blood saves by being a covering for us to call on, come under. We save ourselves, by responding, believing and coming under the blood..... by faith. Do you see how simple it is and why Jesus does NOT have to be God. Its got nothing to do with intrinsic value of Jesus.

Hi, Gen. 1:26 is a typical or standard verse that some Trinitarian, mostly lay-persons, think shows that God is Triune. There are many problems with such an interpretation, and that's why most Trinitarian scholars these days don't believe the verse is evidence for a more than one person god. Here's a quote from the evangelical Word Biblical Commentary: “Christians have traditionally seen this verse as adumbrating the Trinity. It is now universally admitted that this was not what the plural meant to the original author.” (Word Biblical Commentary. Wenham, G. J. (1987). Genesis 1-15 You might want to investigate why a scholar like Wenham says that it is "universally admitted" that there is no plurality of persons in Gen. 1:26. Lol this shows an epic misunderstanding of scripture. I'm very surprised because this kind of thinking is spreading like wildfire on the earth today. Are you Pentecostal or charismatic? Or what denomination do you consider yourself? There are 3 persons in the Godhead but only 1 God the Father. These 3 are 1. That's why he can say there is no other God before me because He is God the Father. But the Godhead has always been a triune being made up of the Holy Spirit, the Son of God Yeshua, and of course God the Father. These 3 have always existed together as 1 before anything else was. That's why it says in Genesis: "Let US create man in OUR image, after OUR likeness..." Man is also a tripart being composed of flesh, spirit, and soul just like how our Creator is. This "Word that was with God, and WAS God," is none other than Jesus the Christ, Yeshua, the author of creation and our salvation. If you still have any doubts, let's first make sure you're reading a KJV Bible because the modern mistranslations have removed this most critical verse which has allowed all kinds of anti-Christian cults to form: 1 John 5:7: 5 Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God? 6 This is he that came by water and blood, even Jesus Christ; not by water only, but by water and blood. There you have it. 100% clear scriptural truth proving once and for all that the Godhead is indeed a triune being that has always and will always exist as such. Now you have to be very careful claiming that Jesus is not God because this could very well be a salvation issue according to 1 John 2:22-24 KJV: 22 Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son. 23 Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also. 24 Let that therefore abide in you, which ye have heard from the beginning. If that which ye have heard from the beginning shall remain in you, ye also shall continue in the Son, and in the Father. This is just scratching the surface. I would highly recommend researching the early church fathers who were instructed directly by the apostles themselves and were able to ask them all kinds of the same questions we are asking today. Thankfully they already settled these contentious matters thousands of years ago, and we can be 100% assured of our salvation through Jesus Christ. It is impossible to believe the scriptures and to deny the divinity of the Christ who is Jesus. It is throughout the scriptures, unequivocally, and to deny that Truth is to deny God Himself. "God with us" means just that. God manifests through the provided messiah. Read Deut18:18 my friend, it explains Gods intention over 1500 years before it happened. And when it did happen we see Jesus reminds the people saying " i say nothing of myself but only what my God and father says through me." and right there we see that God was right there with the disciples, manifesting throug Jesus as Moses prophecied in Deut18:18. do you see the connection?

Revelation 1:1 shows us a distinction between God and his son Jesus, in that God gave the revelation unto him. In verse 4 and 5 we see another distinction made between God and Jesus. Verse 4 speaks of peace from God, him who was , is, and is to come. Then verse 5 says, ' *and* from Jesus Christ'. Jesus here is shown to be a separate person to God in verse 4. So, when we get to verse 8, we can't automatically assume it refers to Jesus, because we know that John has already been speaking of both persons separately. The language of verse 8 actually fits with it referring to God the Father, like in verse 4.

kjv, is only claimed to be most accurate by those who like it. and it brings up an interesting logical concept......! If God was totally in control then there would only ever be one version translation because it would be perfect. So obviously God allows us all complete free will, meaning all translation has potential to be in error, so we must be diligent against false ideas in these last days. And as "these last days" is written by the apostles in scripture 2000 years ago then its obviously possible for false teaching to have been introduced earlier, as indeed we see addressed against greek gnostcism. So trinity and the proof by interptetation in translation might be error "in these last days" and certainly the kjv is much more modern than the documents found in the caves at qumron then the kjv must be as suspect as any other translation by any religious group.

In case Bill doesn't answer, here's my interpretation of it. Heb 1:8 references Psalm 45 where an earthly king is spoken of as God, who himself has a God. This isn't a problem because even human judges were described as gods in Psalm 82:6. Judges could be described as gods or mighty ones, because a judge exercises power over people. A king also does, and therefore the description of god (Elohim, mighty one) is applicable for him too. But, even a human mighty one has to have a mightier one above him. Likewise Jesus, though a mighty one during his ministry, and more so after his resurrection, still has a mightier one above him, who is his Father. The main purpose in Hebrews of quoting Psalm 45:6 is to show how Jesus is exalted above the angels, to have a throne and dominion which will last forever. And at the same time keeping in mind his human origin, describing him as a king over his fellows, like David was.

I will address "The Father and I are one" comment, as verse 30 alone is taking the entire context of Jesus' saying and leaving it out. Go back to verse 27 and read it through verse 30 and especially read verse 29 which states that the Father is "greater than ALL." which certainly means greater than Jesus, negating the 3 co equal co eternal claims of the trinity. Here is verse 27 through verse 30. "John 10:27-30 ESV My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me. I give them eternal life, and they will never perish, and no one will snatch them out of my hand. My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all, and no one is able to snatch them out of the Father’s hand. I and the Father are one.” Instead of just citing verse 30, you should see that verse 30 should be kept in context of the previous 3 verses which talk about the "sheep" and that the Father, God, took care of the sheep and gave them to his son who also takes care of the sheep and they are ONE in purpose of caring for the sheep, but they are not one in the same God. There is only one God, and Jesus defines that God as greater than all and the one that gave him the "sheep." It gets simple once you believe Jesus to be who he says he is and that is the Messiah, anointed one.

"I say nothing of myself, but I only say (and do ) what my God and father says through me" and it is written that Jesus is "the full manifestation of the invisible God" and Peter says about Jesus "this man, attested BY GOD, has been raised..... has been MADE Lord and anointed (christos) this Jesus you killed." And Paul says that Jesus is "first fruits" and is "first raised to glory, first of many brothers and sisters raised to glory" ( something we are still awaiting). Just because translators put a capital W on word, doesnt turn it into a being, god or human. As for I AM, go look at exodus in the greek septuagint, and read it fully. "Ego eimi ho on" so ego emi being "I am" is just the co joiner of the speaker to the subject "ho on" which is "the being" and Jesus says effectivly "(messiah) I am." because the co joiner is about context of their conversation, that Abraham as a prophet foresaw the messiah in his future progeny, and it made him glad. Jesus is saying "I am that messiah" but the pharisees trying to trick him use sarcasm on him saying "abraham was mellenia ago and you are not even 50 yrs old!!" And the trinity theology side with the pharisees here !!!!

Have you listened to this video and considered the 10 points? I was a trinitarian for 4 decades and God showed me the religious traditions I was holding too. Finding my trinity theology in a few verses dotted about in NT, like raisins in a bun. Instead of seeing the verses that say Jesus is a man anointed by God, a lamb of God, not God Himself, and seeing the full context of scripture and the passover lamb principle and the foreshadow of Joseph UNDER Pharaoh, while he saves Egypt, his family and blesses his father Jacob, all while being at Pharaohs right hand with all authority, yet was a lowly servant, not even Egyptian. I hope you get to see this.

Wrong!!! I died also, crossed over, spoke with with my soul guides, and had the hand of God put me back in my body which I DO NOT wish upon any mortal soul. Jesus is NOT God, his soul is a small part of God's energy as are you, he was just a regular dude and that's the truth!!! You meet your ego, you personal consciousness, you saw what you believed to be real yet it was a projection of your conscious beliefs playing out in front of you. Since you don't have the Holy Spirit In You Satan can give you dreams visions and Revelations because you belong to him. Without the Holy Spirit you don't belong to Jesus. Don't take no prayer on this Earth or in the Bible Jesus does not accept those prayers say whatever you want to say from the heart that is a prayer and pray many times throughout the day as possible and give up living in the flesh come to repentance change to God's ways and pray till you get an answer. It's easy to receive the Holy Spirit but it's hard to keep it. Don't rely on the Bible. The Bible has thousands of lies and contradictions it's all Mumble jumbled words added and taken out it's not complete rely on Jesus

That's not what Rev 22:6 says though. Jesus is speaking to John - “These words are faithful and true, and the Lord, the God of the spirits of the prophets, sent his angels to show to his servants the things that must shortly come to pass.” If you were going to take it as Jesus is the Lord, the God of the spirits of the prophets, why doesn't he say "I" instead of "he" here?

I agree with Andrewk128 The Son of God not God the Son you twist things around. Are you sure you know what Arianism is? Because all his works were destroyed by zealous trinitarians (or at least Athenasious's binatarians) so no one knows what he taught as all we have recorded is what his enemies recorded. If in the future people tried to understand what Biblical Unitarians said, and they looked at what trinitarian commenters on KZbin said, then they would get a very wrong idea. Because the comments we get here show that most trinitarian commenters seem to have no idea what we are trying to say to you. They are more concerned with being heresy hunters.
