Founders of the Original Blocc Crips are Angelo "Barefoot" Pookie and Melvin Hardy, which was after Angelo "Barefoot" Pookie and Melvin Hardy started the "Smacks". From how I understood it, the reason why NHBC did not last long is because of "Oddie Shaw", which at the time he was a "Denker Crip" and he tried to start a NHBC set, but to his peers it was not a good idea because there were already Blocc crips in the 100s, so himself, Raymond potts, and Fred hill took the "Blocc" off NHBC and founded the 60s; which caused "Oddie Shaw" to become the founder of the NH R60s Crips, which eventually spread through the 90s and the 100s. I could be horribly wrong, do not count me on it. Some of my information from the Source: Kevmac videos.

What is happening in that certain section of Los Angeles is also happening throughout the rest of American cities like Harlem, Washington D.C, New Orleans, Chicago, Brooklyn, St. Louis, Atlanta etc, etc !
