Some points 1) avoid acidic food and anything that is cold ( like water , drinks etc ) at all cost 2) correct your sleep cycle 3) do check your b12 also 4) do check your vitamine d3 ( the whole point of this video ) 5) excercise 6) avoid eating cauliflower or anything from that family , soybean 7) eat selenium rich food 8) stress is directly realted to thyroid 9) dhaniya paani empty stomach ( coriander water ) I did all these , my tsh went 34 to 8 in 2 months

Please have a detailed video on high LDL cholesterol! I have borderline ldl 153 but hdl is 66 and triglycerides is 70 . What foods to eat and what foods to not eat to reduce LDL? It’s said we should avoid whole milk, ghee, butter, coconut milk and products, peanuts etc. please throw some light on that too. Will appreciate your help!

Dry coconut chutney is amazing... Especially with rice and ghee. Try that you will forget other meals blend dry coconut garlic salt n red chilli powder n see the magic

Thanks so much for the tip. Do you mean the same dry coconut that she is talking about. The one coconut that is dried and whole or the one that is dessicated and comes in packets.

@@karimbegum69 not dessicated please. Usually it has no nutrition value & taste as well. Chew on 3×2inch dry coconut with a small piece of jaggery/gud/Bella. For chutneys also always use whole/ halves, slices of dry coconut. Evn in some shops healthy version of grated coconut (not dessicated/deoiled) available with that 🤎 brown skin as well.

Ya we South Indians regularly eat it evn with chapati/Puri. Evn while travelling/in journeys this dry coconut chutney /kobbari kaaram can b carried as it wont spill. Pair it with ghee & For a semi gravy consistancy- mix 2spoons of curd to that chutney to eat with puri/roti. Yummm😋👌🏼

A grt remedy for Vit D deficiency: Boil cow milk and jaggery in an iron vessel (iron vessel is very important). Have this at least once a day. Do pranayam for an hour in the morning sunlight. If you can manage do 12 rounds of Surya Namaskar. I made my 60 year old mom do this for 2 months. Her Vit D levels which were only ard 9 went up to 36 points in a matter of just 2 months. She did only pranayam n not the Surya Namaskar or the Jaggery milk remedy

For PCOD: Don't wear tight jeans/pants/panties. Drink aloe Vera Juice and eat 'singhade' ke aate ki roti at least once a week. During winters eat lots of til laddoos

Thanks Rujuta ji for explaining .Kulith pithale is very tasty .one more food i want say for thyroid is little milltets or varyche tandul ..it is a good option for chapati and rice .we can make roti of it .and foxtail milltets is also good .wr call rale in marathi.

Kulthi is used in kokan region and the aata of this is called pt in kokan and u can get this atta from mahila gruh udhyog in mumbai and kokan region.Mostly eaten as pt and rice with dried fish in kokan

Do pranayama, or join yoga class.. it helps a lot... If u can then join inner engineering course by isha . I have been suffering from asthma from childhood, it really helped me to quit all medicines. especially doing Shambhavi mahamudra.

We make kulith recipe exactly the way u do...we add coconut oil , onion and also kokum in it.....we call it pitthi in konkani

In kokan region kulit atta is known as PT , which is very much fast to cook in a mnts just like Maggie 2 mnts🤣😆, first kulith atta is mixed with water not too much water , the mix must be like thick paste .Heat oil add green chillies, garlic n mustard , aftr tht add tht kulith atta paste aftr some heating add 3-4 kokam into tht PT , ur PT is ready serve PT with rice n roasted dry Fish (suka bangda or bombil) , I m sure u will love it , very much regional n staple food of kokan ( ratnagiri n sindhudurga )

What to eat for thyroid issues: 1) Mango, but soak it in water for about an hour before consuming. Eat it with lunch for thyroid problems. Banana anytime in lunch after Mango season is over 2) Dry coconut to improve the consumption of dry fatty acids. Use it by itself or with chutney. Can also use as a pre-workout snack. 3) Horse gram/Kulith. Have Kulith aata. Will also help with low Vitamin D and B12 levels

When you pick up coconut piece frm ground nd take to ur chest means u just respect your food it come frm ur childhood habits which your elder s teaches you. Nowadays we must inculcate ths habits in our children.
