As an IBS sufferer for a long time. Having 2 or 3 glasses of warm.water in morning with some lemon honey has helped immensely. Also pranayama meditation swimming walks

Factors cause ibs 1. Lack of exercise 2. Stress due to ibs and other 3. Lack of happiness 4. Changing your diet *Not to do* :: 1. Shots , water therapy dont cleanse 2. No Low carb diet 3. Not eating wholesome foods. 4. Loosing weight doesn't help 5. Dont drink or eat packed items. 6. Smoking and alcohol Cleansing things 1. Fibre 2. Exercise 3. Do sedentary active activities 4. Dont lie , just sit Dont stand with wall , just stand straight without any help and assistance 5. Live your present 📦 , don't care your past or your future 🔮 *Helping thing's* 1. Dry date everyday 2. Jaggery + ghee after lunch 3. Gulkand + water drink after dinner or bedtime 4. Exercise 5. Activities

heplful especially when wisdom of indian home veg eateries advice is given, like pumpkin ( recipe sadly not given! Yr observance, research suggestions are great, but not de lingo used .." Faat, Shit.! ", gas bloated tummy gas flatulence. Morning toilet poop, stools, excretion is ok. 👍 Alot of hand movements dear child.. 🧡🙇🏻♀️🌾🤨 💚 sometimes 2 excesses👌🙏🌈
