Desmond is the one and only original Q who's been in about every Bond movie since the very beginning up until The World Is Not Enough, despite the number of different actors who played Bond alongside Desmond in these movies, was the only one original characters consistent throughout the series without a swap out. In each movie I always enjoyed the quirks of Q and Bond together, Bond acts like a child around him most times while Q acts more like the parent telling him off. It's a great dynamic relationship they have in the movies. xD
