hey, so I do a lot of different types of training and I have been struggling with planning all of that out. I don't want to be the best in the world in either one of these simply because I know that it is impossible, but I would still like to be the best that I can be. I do daily running, I lift weights, I do BJJ, muay Thai and MMA. And I also do a lot of other activities throughout the week like swimming and biking if I feel like it. Do you have any advice for me? Advice on how to plan out my week and stuff like that. Also how to get injured as little as possible.

Hey I’m an 7th grader going to 8th. I’m 6’0 ft and 186 pounds. I play football and basketball I’ve been watching your free video that help me get better. I can almost dunk on a 10ft hoop. I can reach without the ball. I’m going to use this video and see if I can dunk on a 10ft hoop in 2-3 weeks.

Just do leg strengthening workouts and get into a running schedule. There isn't much else for soccer
