It’s nice to see a channel promoting vitamins without any hidden agenda
@axxxaxxxa5003 ай бұрын
what vitamins? these are just toxic plants which redirect the inflammation to dealing with the toxins from the plants instead of inflaming your joints (autoimmune conditions). So its just a temporary relief. If you have chronic pain you should do a carnivore diet and take vitamin D, magnesium and lastly boron to enable the usage of magnesium and vitamin D.

I saw this video and started taking curuminoids and it has improved my pain level! Thanks for your help!!!
Dr. Cooper enjoyed your video very much I have been taking all those supplements except the Tart Cherry which I am going to add in my regimen, a suggestion and perhaps you may like to look into it is Yucca which has proven in my old mother and myself to take the stiffness away from the joints. I work out a lot almost 7 days a week and after my strength training I was suffering with pain and stiffness in my hands. I can say this that Yucca has taken the pain and stiffness away and I am a happy camper.

GArlic!!! For nerve pain. Probably not a supplement, just put it in your food. ALSO, Cayenne pepper is like a miracle for my nerve pain. Basically like ibuprofen. the problem is I can't eat cayenne pepper in my food all the time, it's just too acidic.

I take garlic supplements everyday -keyloic garlic. It’s ten times better than eating a couple bulbs of garlic each day. Cayenne pepper for nerve pain? I heard putting it in your socks at night if you suffer from feet NP

Be very careful with garlic. it is a medicine not a suppliment. ( like any pain reliever - go easy.

@@popeyedog the problem with garlic is that it smells so bad. I would eat more of it, but I went into an elevator once with bad garlic breath, and the lady next to me said something. it was that bad. I mean, that oppressive.

I noticed when I took spice circumin mixed honey as a carrier, and black pepper (not too spicy but enough to tell its in there) and my spouse took 2 tablespoons every morning, and it got rid of his terrible indigestion.

@popeyedogАй бұрын
imagine eating them. When would you eat them? - cherries for an afternoon snack when in season, Pineapple in Morning. etc etc. Remember, they are suppliments. to suppliment your meals.

What are your thoughts on the low -carbohydrate, ketogenic diet for chronic pain? This would be the diet that Eric C. Westman, MD prescribes. Not "internet keto," the ones that influencers promote, lol. edit: I feel like this diet has reduced my herniated disc pain by 70%. I want to be in a case study but a) I live in Canada and b) I already started the diet.

Talk to your doctor, talk to your doctor, talk to your doctor. Then why would I need you?
@BWSaks5 ай бұрын
I realize that you have to say talk to your doctor, etc., however, I think you must realize that a very high percentage of allopathic doctors have zero idea about supplements, especially the less mainstream supplements. I’ve asked my doctor specific questions about supplements and he admits he knows very little about. I know more about supplements than he does.
@MrCljp245 ай бұрын
Your comment about the lack of knowledge on supplements by allopathic doctor's is so very true. Most of them are clueless. Nutrition and supplementation is a subject which is not taught much, if at all, in medical schools.
