My husband just commented that he never gets my hair in his food anymore. It used to be a daily occurrence. The only real change to my lifestyle was the incorporation of daily yoga so I decided to do some research. I had no idea! Truthfully, if someone had told me yoga saved their hair I simply would not have believed them 😂❤ I had to find it out for myself, by accident. I LOVE yoga

Namaskar Hansa Ma'am, mere hairs bahut weak ho gaya n haircut bhi kara but no change. Scalp visible hai and mother of a eleven month girl. Aapki video dekhi on shampoo but mere liye bahut difficult hai what to do pls suggest to overcome this intense hairfall..

But I'm making a sincere effort to keep them healthy by taking meds, eating healthy, de-stressing, exercising, meditating and now I'm going to add Yoga. A few radical lifestyle changes will definitely reduce and eventually stop hair fall. All you can do right now is go to a doctor, start taking prescribed meds, exercise, eat nutritious food and do yoga. The results will take time. But it will be worth it. Believe in yourself and your body. God bless us. 🙏🏻
