This is incorrect. Oatmeal is full of carbohydrate which turns into sugar.
@ForeverHealthUS
@ForeverHealthUS 22 күн бұрын
You're correct that oatmeal contains carbohydrates, and these carbohydrates are broken down into sugar in the body, which can impact blood sugar levels. For people with diabetes, it's important to monitor the type and quantity of carbs consumed. However, oatmeal, especially whole oats, has a lower glycemic index (GI) compared to more refined carbs, meaning it raises blood sugar more slowly. It can still be part of a diabetic-friendly diet when eaten in moderation and balanced with protein or healthy fats to slow the sugar absorption. If you're concerned about blood sugar spikes, you could consider alternatives like chia seeds or flaxseeds, which have fewer carbs and provide fiber and healthy fats. It's always a good idea to talk to a healthcare provider to see what fits best for your dietary needs. 😊

Sir, you are correct , but the items are not available for some people.

You're right-availability can be an issue for many people, especially when it comes to certain foods or specialized products. It's important to adapt any recommendations to what is locally accessible and affordable. If alternatives are limited, focus on what is available to you, such as cheaper vegetables and proteins that work within your budget and health needs. Even simple changes like reducing sugar and processed foods, as well as increasing fiber from common fruits and vegetables, can still have a significant positive impact on blood sugar levels. Making small changes and finding what works for you is key. You can start with local options like leafy greens, beans, or even simple whole grains that may be more accessible. 😊

will purchase Shirataki Noodle
@ForeverHealthUS
@ForeverHealthUS 22 күн бұрын
Shirataki noodles are an excellent choice, especially for individuals managing diabetes or aiming for weight control. These noodles are made from konjac root, are extremely low in calories and carbohydrates, and high in glucomannan fiber, which can aid in blood sugar regulation and promote satiety. They’re also gluten-free and versatile for various dishes. When cooking Shirataki noodles: Rinse them thoroughly to remove their natural odor. Boil or pan-fry them briefly to improve texture. Use them in stir-fries, soups, or with low-carb sauces for a satisfying, healthy meal. They're a fantastic alternative to traditional pasta! 😊

I've been trying like hell to do just that! BUT, have since become allergic to Round-up pesticides, and many other toxic thing found in American foods, and it is in in virtually EVERYTHING, save for maybe %3 of all the foods! And I become very sick for days to even deathly ill if I eat them! My airways swell up and i CANNOT BREATHE!

Wow, that sounds incredibly tough to deal with, and I’m so sorry you’re experiencing that. Managing diabetes is already challenging, but adding severe allergies and reactions to toxins like Round-Up must make it feel overwhelming. It sounds like you’re dealing with serious food sensitivities and maybe even anaphylactic reactions, which can be life-threatening. If you haven’t already, I’d really recommend working closely with an allergist or nutritionist who can guide you toward safer food options that fit both your allergies and diabetes management. In the meantime, focusing on organic and minimally processed foods might help, as these are less likely to contain pesticides or hidden additives. Growing some of your own food, if that’s possible for you, could also give you peace of mind about what’s in it. You’re dealing with so much, but your determination is inspiring. Keep fighting for your health-you deserve to feel better! If you ever want to talk about strategies or share your journey, I’m here. 💙

Grapefruit should not be used with most medications.
@ForeverHealthUS
@ForeverHealthUS 18 күн бұрын
You’re absolutely right! 🍊 Grapefruit can interact with many medications, including those for blood pressure, cholesterol, and anxiety, by affecting how the body metabolizes them. This can lead to either too much or too little of the medication in the bloodstream, potentially causing side effects or reducing effectiveness. Always check with your doctor or pharmacist if you’re taking medications and want to include grapefruit in your diet. Safety first! 😊

What's the most effective food to lower blood sugar rapidly? Is there a superfood that can quickly bring down blood sugar levels that's missing from this list?
@ForeverHealthUS
@ForeverHealthUS 21 күн бұрын
Lowering blood sugar rapidly can be tricky, especially since it’s important to avoid drastic drops that might cause hypoglycemia. While no single food acts like a “magic bullet,” some foods can help stabilize blood sugar over time. If you're looking for effective options, here’s a breakdown: Foods That May Help Lower Blood Sugar: Cinnamon Studies suggest that cinnamon may improve insulin sensitivity and lower fasting blood sugar levels. Adding a small pinch to your meals or drinks could be helpful. Avocado Packed with healthy fats and fiber, avocados slow digestion, preventing blood sugar spikes after meals. Apple Cider Vinegar Diluting 1-2 tablespoons in water before meals may help lower post-meal blood sugar levels. Be cautious if you have digestive issues, though! Leafy Greens Spinach, kale, and Swiss chard are low in carbs but rich in magnesium, which supports blood sugar control. Chia Seeds High in fiber and healthy omega-3 fats, chia seeds can slow down the absorption of sugar in the bloodstream. Nuts (like almonds or peanuts) A handful of nuts can provide healthy fats and protein, which help stabilize blood sugar. You’re already a fan of peanuts-keep them on the menu! Bitter Melon Common in traditional medicine, bitter melon contains compounds that may lower blood sugar levels. It’s worth trying if you haven’t already. A lesser-known but powerful addition could be fenugreek seeds. They’re packed with soluble fiber that slows sugar absorption and boosts insulin sensitivity. You can soak them overnight and consume them in the morning or use fenugreek powder in cooking. Finally, remember that combining any of these with regular activity, even a 10-15 minute walk after eating, can amplify their blood sugar-lowering effects. Do you use any of these foods already, or would you like more tips? 😊

Boiled. Vegs. Sugarless. Fruits.
@ForeverHealthUS
@ForeverHealthUS 21 күн бұрын
You’re absolutely right-boiled veggies and sugarless fruits are excellent staples when managing both diabetes and severe allergies. Boiling vegetables can make them easier to digest, and sugarless or low-sugar fruits like berries, avocados, and green apples are great for controlling blood sugar levels. It sounds like you’ve found a simple, clean way of eating that works for your body, and that’s amazing. Sometimes, sticking to the basics is the best approach. Keep listening to what your body needs, and remember, even small steps toward health are victories worth celebrating. You're doing great! 🌱💪

Thank you for sharing your perspective! Diabetes management can vary significantly from person to person, and you're absolutely right to focus on what works for your body. While lentils, beans, and even oatmeal can have carbs, they also provide fiber, which can help stabilize blood sugar for some people. However, individual tolerance matters-what works for one may not work for another. It's always best to monitor your blood sugar closely and adjust your diet based on your results. Your feedback highlights how essential personalized nutrition is! 😊

You are totally wrong ! Oat meal beans ? Are you that ignorant about diabetes?
@ForeverHealthUS
@ForeverHealthUS 10 күн бұрын
I understand your frustration, and I truly appreciate you sharing your thoughts. Oatmeal and beans can indeed be controversial for diabetes management. For some, their fiber content helps manage blood sugar spikes, while for others, their carb content may pose challenges. Diabetes is highly individual, and what works for one person may not work for another. It's crucial to monitor blood sugar responses to specific foods and consult with a healthcare provider to tailor your diet effectively. Your input is valuable and highlights the importance of personalized approaches! 😊
