Do try to keep Bell Peppers around. Tastes good too. Am subscribed. Have to eat more Cauliflower. Try to keep away from potatoes. Maybe a Sweet Potato every once in a while. Usually keep carrots in the house they are very good. Love tomatoes. Also have canned tomatoes so I can use them when making stews. Is it better to have tomatoes raw or cooked? Love to include tomatoes in salad, soup, or omlettes. Love Zucchini. Also squashes. Love Broccoli. Some people don't like broccoli, why is unknown. Can also throw Broccoli in soup. Should eat more Asparagus. Like to keep Cabbage around. Like to slice it and throw it in soup, salads, and even use it as a side dish. Also, use Cabbage when making a stew.

I think tomato's are good for the way you want to add them in your diet.

You seem to really love vegetables-reading this makes me feel inspired too! 🍅 I also like to keep tomatoes and carrots at home since they’re so versatile and healthy. About your question on tomatoes, I’ve heard that cooked tomatoes help the body absorb lycopene better, but raw ones are great for keeping their vitamin C. As for broccoli, it’s true that some people don’t like it, but I find it delicious, especially sautéed with garlic and olive oil. I’m also thinking of eating more asparagus-thanks for the reminder! I love how you make veggies into such diverse and appetizing dishes. Sounds amazing!
As a diabetic, I’m always looking for veggies that won’t spike my blood sugar. 🥦🥕 Did anyone else find #3 at 2:45 surprisingly helpful? I’m curious how you include it in your meals-any recipes or tips? Let’s swap ideas!

It is really helpful, another tip is just boil the veggies #3 along with salmon, or tuna, and add 2 to 3 tea spoon of extra virgin olive oil to make a light meal. That would greatly satisfy your taste and will also increase nutritional value.
