There IS a lot going on with this exercise for sure! Strengthening core, back, hips, shoulders, working on balance, increasing endurance - whew that made me tired writing it hahah. A great exercise to do when breaking up a period of sitting i.e. "exercise snacks". Thanks Paula 👋
