I live in a studio. There's no door where to do the exercise. The bathroom door doesn't give enough space to place your arms. And the main door... I'm not doing the exercises in the hallway.

Thanks for the video. Do you recommend doing all 3 variations of the chest stretch (low, mid, high) or just focusing on one of them?

I would do machine rows yet got pain in my forearm and a bit in my chest. I think the chest is because of bad form. I would sometimes get pain on my spine along the top of my back. I also have very lengthened traps. I pulled my right trap yesterday.

I have pronated feet and thus apt appears with lower cross syndrome associated with upper cross syndrome I did very specific exercices once to fix upper and lower cross but in vain then I realized my pronated feet was the constrain my question I have a surgery correction of my pronated feet after my procedure could I Fix all the imbalances issues then ? I assume after fixing the pronation my pelvic will be stable thus I could make exercices since no deformity will constraint it is it right ? And for the record I tried the insoles nit didn't provide me with the feet stabilisation that I need to fix my imbalances I still pronate with it the surgery is my unique solution (my flat feet are due to hyperlaxity )

Im already working out and was wondering if I should stop any pushing movement while im trying to fix my posture ??? And could I replace bench press with flies to keep working my chest without it affecting my posture???

You should do any exercises that help you strenghten and lenghten chest and neck muscles. UCS is caused by weak, shortened muscles. These exercises are merely using your own body weight as means of developing said muscles. There is literally no downside to working out those muscles, you'll only achieve UCS positive results faster.

Yeah, it shows someone who doesn’t even have upper cross syndrome… I wanna see a before and after with some one who actually had upper cross syndrome fixed

Most of these exercises will reinforce the extension patterns people with upper cross syndrome have, often making it worse. They can be helpful in some situations but most people will never get any lasting relief without correcting the root cause of poor breathing mechanics
