I love this workout! I combine it with with a few of your other workouts to make a very productive total workout. I'm 59 yrs old and since starting your Meta Boost program 5 weeks ago along with your workouts, I have increased my energy level and lost 13lbs!! This is a sustainable life changer for me that I will continue. I love how I feel everyday and I thank you so very much!!!
