Its all small habits that add up. Basically, skinny people most likely are naturally active, eat just 80% full because 150% full making them difficult to move around and they hate it. Skinny dont love the sweet too much because they get sleepy right after stuff themselve with high sugar. Nobody needs to tell them to exercisè, they love to move by heart. After spending hours of being active, of cause they are super sleepy at night. However, following smart health information like what dr.Li teaching us, you can rebuild yourself. Im 54, skinny, still love to listen to him. Thank you so much

@janeslater80048 ай бұрын
Ancestral food was not mostly fat. Wild animal meat was much leaner in those days. No butter or milk ancestrally but wild grain rice seed fruit and herbs. It was low too moderate fat

Wow How interesting.... Helps me understand my LOW weight that was fed too much garbage (sugar etc) as a kid. Continued eating garbage - sugar-processed foods. Never gained much weight but did become a Full Blown Type 1 Diabetic at the Age of 66, Insulin Dependent - Can't gang weight, I did cut out all Sewer Foods ... Feeling fine but Thin. No more Brain Fog that was caused by SUGAR and other Poison Processed Foods for ME.

This is all written in his second book called eat diet to beat diet. All about how fat affects our metabolism and most dangerous fats is visceral fat and fat in the liver. Cheaper if you buy them in India ( Asia).

I don't start eating until 1:00 p.m. and then wait until 6:00 or 7:00 p.m. to eat again and only healthy foods like eggs for breakfast and my last meal usually a good salad and once a week or two, some chicken livers or occasionally a beef steak or pork chops. I never eat processed food or any sugar unless I have dried cranberries and I am not trying to live forever but getting the waste I put in my body cleansed like beer and cigarettes. I am 67 years old but look much younger people think I am 15 years younger when asked. I really don't care about the hours at all but I am not hungry at all in the morning, in fact, and what I do is not hard for me at all, simple!

I gleaned some different perspectives from this and the research is definitely interesting, but he seems to bend facts to fit his narrative. Example, when you brought up infant mortality, antibiotics, etc as related to mortality in the past. Thank you for this perspective, but I’m sticking to Lustig and the myriad of brave doctors whose interviews have changed my life!

My conclusion , slow or fast metabolism , consume " like salads" to stay slim . For years I did " not like" water. Consume milk, fruit juices and sometimes soda drinks , whatever assist with thirst and never drink water when I was thirsty . Then I started to drink cold drinks that has to be diluted with water like Oros .And then I started to drink water when I was thirsty.

I know natural path doctors that the first question they ask is "Do you drink coffee," and if answer is "Yes, " their reply is "I can't help you.: Coffee makes my right side of a brain hurt, builds knots in my brest... It still gives me a boost of energy. Being an adict and seeing both sides, I would never recommend it to anyone.
