You can munch on MAKHANE (foxnuts) too, they r inexpensive, u don't have tk cook them, have literally no significant taste so anyone can eat without adjusting your tastebuds, feels like u r eating popcorn, have high protein thereby makes u feel full for long hours! You can add cold pressed oils ( If not olive oil) like - coconut oil, ground nut oil, mustard oil, sesame oil. They are available in market as "virgin" prefix . Like virgin coconut oil. Mustard is far cheaper than other oils. But it is hot in nature. So not good for summer(Specially in time of heat wave). I will recommend have a refined oil and a cold pressed oil or olive oil and use it alternatively , it will not feel you like , its expensive. But definitely avoid palm oil and soyabean oil. In the fruit section: add banana , its cheap and high in potassium.

Ashish bro I’m very Depressed, I’m preparing for JEE which will happen in June , but I’m doing so while I’m in College ( pretty BadTier one ) , I’m doing so because I want to end in good College ( e.g , DTU , IIIT etc. ) the problem is I’m very scared to give the exam or even to prepare for it . Whenever I try to study the flashbacks from previous Failures ( my previous attempts) Haunt me. & I have a hard time To Study while those hours at College, I know that if I prepare well I will get good Rank . @@hemantbanik ok , this might help you breakfast= 100g oats,peanut butter with white/brown bread,1 banana or 4 whole egg omlette with 1 glass of milk lunch= 100g sprouts use a little bit of sauce or lemon for flavour , salad,peanut butter evening snacks= 4 whole eggs or 2 slices of toast with tea or 10gnuts, fruits like slices of apple dinner = 50g oats with 1 glass of whey with milk(if you can afford it) and salad note = you can alternate between lunch and dinner and i am not an nutritionist, you can occasionally eat out if you want also try to find to stalls which serve boiled eggs this will save your time
