I remember when I first started a month ago I could barely get through this exercise😩. Now I’m doing this effortless 4-5 times a week. Now I’m working on strengthening my leg muscles. Unfortunately I was in a car accident a few years ago & suffered a back injury so I’ve been out of shape for years. Now I’m trying to gain my core strength back & get toned up. This is one the best exercises I ever did. Thanks for posting!

3-4 times a week, I rest after a day then do it again the next day. You should definitely try it.

I did these arm exercises for a year or so prior to the pandemic. Once I started working from home, I languished...and quit. I'm back now, and planning (fingers crossed) to stick with it. Thanks for making this video available. I love it.

Body Weight Dips look easy but my lord they burn. I used a 3Kg (About 6.5 lbs) the entire workout and I definitely feel it.

+sophia I'm not her, but I personally have seen results. After doing various arm workouts from xhit daily for a few weeks, I noticed my arm muscles getting more toned and I also felt as if I was getting stronger. Their workouts really help, but you need to workout EVERY DAY in order to see results. And just doing it for one weeks won't get you anywhere either, but it's really worth it.

Hi Ana! So a combination of both toning and cardio is the best way to get lean and strong legs. TheCadi76 is right, toning exercises are important for defining your muscles - if you just did cardio, your legs would be slim but the would have no shape to them! a happy medium between toning and cardio is the perfect recipe for you :)

Very similar to another workout of yours I saw. The only parts that give me trouble are the shoulder press (argh) and the dips, which I just can't do (so I do cobra pushups instead).

Omg Veronika! That is incredible arm strength! Is this class ok for men? I did this lesson but it was soo difficult 😞I could only manage with 1 lb weights but my arms completely gave up and I stopped at the 7 minute mark😟I wish I can be so strong, muscular and empowered like everyone here!

Love this workout!!! I really liked doing the 12's. It gave me a really great burn in my arms that I hadn't experienced with other arm workouts. Other arm workouts give me a burn, but this was a bigger and better burn. It felt so good. It was my first day doing this workout, but I'm going to keep at it, until I can get better because it is quite challenging, but a great workout!

I am 65 and just started using your "Total Arm Workout" in June (2015). I started doing it three times a week and now in July I am up to four or five times a week. I am 5'8" and weigh 155 lbs. How long before I will see results? Also, I have "bingo wings", will they go away? Do I need to do these exercises every day?
