Love this! Thanks, Rosalie, you are amazing and have the best arms (and figure)! I'm seeing definition though in my arms and even in the side of my legs just under my butt, I don't think I've ever seen definition like that before. This thing works in the most remarkable ways but I would not be able to do this without your wonderful workouts!

We bought a Total Gym Extreme at Costco and it does not have the padded standing board you are using for squats. I can't seem to find that accessory on the Total Gym web site. The standing board it comes with is not tall enough to do squats like this. What do you suggest?

Doing strength workouts is not about counting calories burned. You'd probably be surprised how low the count might seem. (www.sparkpeople.com/blog/blog.asp?post=you_asked_how_many_calories_does_strength_training_burn) It's about strengthening your muscles, tendons, and joints. As you build more muscle, your body will burn more calories throughout the day.
