As much as I want an entire series behind Toon-Force Tom, his entire existence from an extra meta point of view is REALLY funny. He literally exists as an extra reoccurring final gag at the end of this series, always serving as the final homie that can defeat whatever OP antagonist Writer has Kevin fight, Referencing the fact that Toon-Force can beat basically anything because it's funny if it does so, basically, Toon-Force Tom is a gag joke character that proves the overpoweredness of Toon-Force itself by being a final gag character, which is actually kinda genius. Also i didn't notice the fact that Tom is literally wearing an One Piece hoodie when he showed up in this video.

3:55, Funny thing is, some definitions of telekinesis describe being able to affect a “physical system” which can mean anything from just a regular object to anything that made up of as matter or energy, so it technically involves more than just moving or controlling objects anyway. Telekinetics are weirdly enough, pretty similar to speedsters in that they can either be pretty weak and limited (like how the common Force-sensitive is often depicted as, at best, being able to move small objects when they’re concentrating hard enough) or among the most dangerous beings in their setting (like how David Haller in Legion, along with other psychics in the X-Men comics, can transmute matter and energy, teleport, enhance their physical attributes, project energy, make objects or just straight up warp reality with their minds) depending on how they’re written, which also means that some of them should technically be able to end most physical conflicts with just a thought. By far, one of the better depictions of telekinesis is in Chronicle (where its depicted as a kind of electromagnetic force field the characters can create and use, similar to Magneto) because it goes into all the ins and outs of what it’d be like to have that kind of power, the limitations that’d come with it (like having to imagine the kind of effect someone would want to make, keeping track of objects or reacting fast enough to catch something), but also just how destructive it could be if it was strong or precise enough (from tearing someone’s tooth out of their head to blowing up walls).

I feel like people tend to forget that Avatar: The Last Airbender is a world where pretty much half if not most of the people there are telekinetic. It's just that certain groups of people are only able to control a specific type of thing that's found in nature that some others can't and there's only one person that shows up every given number of years that is able to manipulate all of them.
