LOVED the price for all that it is, was looking for a kzbin.infoUgkx1N3gatJfHIxCsI2TbcOH1-k8v-EDJ40N bench specifically with Roman chair capabilities. It was easy to assemble, light enough to move around easily, but sturdy and stable too. We put gym floor pads under it in the garage for added stability but doesn't really need it. Easy to adjust. The dumbell storage underneath isn't super useful and they tend to slide off sideways, but not a necessary feature for us. Thanks for not price gouging when everyone else is on exercise equipment during quarantine times!

Seeing a lot of comments saying there is no scientific research to prove this. I do bmx a couple times a week and always had minor to medium pains around my body after. Been trying this for 3 days so far. Could be placebo but the pains are gone after. I’m not saying it’s a miracle device. It just feels like I had a great massage after. Puts me right to bed lol. It’s pretty cheap, worth a shot imo.

Great Demo video. Question: How do I chose the right yoga roller for my body. There are So many different variants, some are even all across, other have different patterns of relief. Which ones is best for the body and which one may hurt the most? Thanks in advance to anyone who knows. 😃🙏
@davidthomson8010 Жыл бұрын
Hope I'm not too late, The harder and spikier the foam roller, the more it will dig into the muscle. If you're just starting out, find a soft foam roller and try it. If it doesn't cause any pain then move on to something denser. Eventually, all rollers will feel too soft and while they will continue providing benefits, you can move on to rolling with a 1-inch diameter metal pole. (place across two objects so it's above the ground enough for whatever you're rolling to not touch the ground.)

Edwin Shek Well for me I’m a chef and on my feet constantly. Also I build privacy fences as a side hustle. Rolling keeps me moving for longer and keeps me from injuring myself. After a long day I hit the roller for 20 minutes or so and it makes me feel like a big ol’ bowl of jelly. It’s so simple yet so amazing. It’s like giving yourself a deep tissue massage. And yes I do it first thing in the morning and immediately after I get out of a hot shower.
