As a Wing Chun practitioner, our empty hand forms are the critical foundation for sound development. My academy’s Sigung, the late Chu Shong Tin was rumoured to work his Sil Lim Tao for hours every day. These exercises shown here may seem mundane to the ordinary person; but having seen this for the first time I will learn to adopt this method into my daily exercise routine. Thank you, Sifu for gracing KZbin with your teaching. This is an excellent all round exercise. I feel blessed that it has shown up in my recommended feed. Thank you again.

I've found the basic kicks help my lower back and hips. especially after sitting for extended periods of time.

Это позор Шаолиньского кунгфу. "Перед тем как ходить, нужно найчиться стоять", что за пошатывания и спотыкания при смене позиций? 2 из 10 езжай на переобучение.

Your balance needs a lot of work!!! Your guards(hands) are flying all over the place to maintain simple fighting balance. If I were to fight you, I would step in quickly while your swatting at imaginary flys and attack your defenseless body with lethal strikes, it would be your last fight. i advise you to delete this embarrassment and practice standing on a tight rope or long piece of bamboo horizontally while kicking forwards, sideways and to the backwards, and walking on the bamboo while punching blocking and KEEP YOUR GUARD UP !.
