When he said 6-8 rep ranges bulked up your shoulders and 8-12 builds strength. I was like wtf? Still better than an average personal trainer though. But then all personal trainers know jackshit about training and diet, only the very basic that you can learn in a week.

I saw this again because of the wisdom Kai has. Lj started of fairly humble really, he wasnt rude it's just that hes humble yet confident and got a bit of sarcastic humor to his personality. I really like how Kai directly complimented LJ's viewpoint or execution yet indirectly tried to correct him. Shows great integrity.

I find it a little aggravating that this guy is constantly trying to give "tips" while he's doing his sets. You're with Kai to learn not to showcase what you think you know. Could tell this dude was nervous as hell being put on the spot having to come up with perfect answers in front of Kai and infront of a camera. It's bad enough having to speak with a camera shoved infront of your face if it's not something you're used to, never mind with Kai next to you lol.
