Honestly, JCVD has been in great shape since his teens. I've never seen this guy out of shape. He in in his 60s now and he looks better than most active 20 year olds. Do you know what it takes to maintain a physique like that for 40+ years? I don't! But I'd love to know. At this point, I would love to see video's of JCVD just going over training and diet than seeing his movies. Seriously, this guy knows his stuff when it comes to staying fit and eating right, and I'm so happy to see these videos. Looking forward to more.

JCVD is way more entertaining in person then any character he played in his movies.

In the style of Tai Chi I train - and teach - we "sink the pelvis." This and "tucking the chin," We've always done this and other martial artists used to laugh. We also learn how to walk. Its true, it's all about the 'internal.' This is where the health and spiritual benefits kick in. I think JCVD has been studying our style and checking out our Grand master!

The internal arts is what you want in these times.
