Thanks for sharing this overview! I’m very interested in signing up for your program. I noticed you have worked with Ben Patrick from ATG, and recently had a video where you collaborated to show how you could do a 30 min, elevated ATG workout. What would you recommend to someone who really only wants to spend about 60 min in the gym each day but wants to do both programs?
