Week 1 day 4 of this series documenting my powerlifting training for 9 weeks up to a competition. Unfortunately I got sick last night by eating some questionable rice. So today I had to train while sick. If this was a hard session I would normally delay it, the main concern while training is to avoid injury and being sick can often dehydrate you putting you more at risk of injury. Luckily today was a light session and I lowered the weights further to make sure everything was safe.
