I feel Mukesh ji is such a great loyal student. I find this channel with most honest simple tips others keeps us busy with bullshit talks and fitness terminologies which we never need that. Sound of plates makes me start exercise right now.

Overall bataa sakta hoon. Kisi bhi exercise me e.g bench me aap agar aaj 60kg 3x5 kar rahen hain to next bench day me 62.5kg 3x5 Karen aur agle bench de par 65 kg 3x5. Yeh ho gayaa aapka Simple "Progressive Overload training by Increasing Resistance" jisme aapka Set Reps scheme same rehta hain. Yeh Beginners ke liye jyada fayde mand hain. Aap har session reps bhi badhaa sakte hain e.g 60 kg 3x6 on Monday and 60kg 3x8 Thursday ultimately hitting 3x12 with the weight. Uske Baad next session me aap weight increase karen aur rep ghataa den e.g exp 65 kg 3x6. Aur bhi tariken hain jaise ki Sets badhaa do, Rest Interval between sets Ghataa do ya phir 2 days a Week ke jagah 3 days a week us muscle ko train karon, ityaadi...
