I followed this programme and it really works, but only thing is that I have never missed the daily target, and it's hell painful, and really difficult to follow, if you are completely beginner don't start this programme immediately 1st make sure that you are ready to handle this. mai bahut sari exercise krke thak chuka hu 1 year ho gya but pet km nhi hua pr ab pta chla 30, 40 krne se nahi 250 reps krne honge . aap kafi trustworthy lage mai apko religiously follow karunga kyuki mujhe bellyfat km krna h🙏

Sir first of all your training is mainly focusing on abs workout an that too witha really high reps everday ... This can never lead to fat loss but would only result in even abs tear.. a specific part cannot be hit 20 days straight ... It's not healthy ... And the other thing is that fatloss can never occur in a specific part... Fatloss can be only done by reducing overall fat%... Still for a minute if I agree with u that this would cause fatloss then u r not telling what diet to follow... Sir being such respected trainer/coach it's your duty to give complete info about programme you are giving to public... People will follow u blindly as u have a great respect in fitness. . . Sry if u mind it but just wanted to give my opinion 🙏

its about burning fat from the abdomen....after reducing fat from belly you can skip some days for muscle recovery but for better results u should do it daily

Dibyendu Banerjee very good observation. Jabhi to kahtein hain ki BENGALI KA DIMAG BAHUT hota hai. To kya apke anusaar ek hi dumbell se karna chahiye? Mere hisab se jab hum dono dumbell se kartein hai and jab ek taraf bend hote hain to doosri taraf par resistance paida hota hai joki pehle side se opposite type ka hota means ek taraf STRETCHING and other side CONSTRICTION. please comment what do you think about my observation.

Nope... They have another weight loss training program 10-15 mins daily... If you're working in IT or your office time is more than avarage people, check that... 10-15 mins per day ..

I have done a lot of research on trainings. The exercises and poses are quite great but the routine is completely incorrect. Muscle toning requires consistent training, shocks and different exercises. These constitute just a minor part. The major part consists of proper diet. Doing 40 one day and 400 another day is a wrong advice. Please explain the science if you disagree.

Sameer Cv muscle we keep growing as long u have highly T levels and train often, sleep enough and eat right.! Keep protein 0,8- 1.2 gram per each KG of weight. Then you will be fine even at age 45+
